My 2 just arrived (1 for me, 1 for mil) at work so OH called all excited....yippee..........great.........bargain
until he said that they were 6150's so I asked him to read what it says on the invoice....to pay £0...amount paid in advance £157.98....not come out the account yet but likely to make me overdrawn!
Order still shows processed and amount total of £15.16
Too tired to fight with them tonight....can they really take money out of my account that I have not authorised?

Just phoned them to see what was going on and they say they "can't find my order on the system", even though it is there listed under order history. This is a total mess.
Has anybody else got "processed" under their status together with "SORRY, This product has now been discontinued" on the order page? I've got 6 of these blinking things on order and I ain't paying £300 for them. :rotfl:0 -

"SORRY, This product has now been discontinued" is a general term that shows for all items no longer in stock and apears on several of my old orders .

they are due back in stock on Thursday and the poster says he was told that as his card had been debited he would recieve them at the contracted price of £5 + .
Of course this could just be CS waffle !

I suspect a website error on this one rather than a misprice. I emailed to contest the fact that delivery had been added to the price despite my total order being over £30. They emailed me back saying that postage has not been added leading me to suspect they are seeing a different invoice to what I am.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0

Ah so you have the replacement I have the 3505's as in the OP the invoice and the products are in two places, invoice sent to Birmingham product sent to Norfolk. So I can't check the invoice for them till I get back on Saturday. What criteria are they using to decide who gets them and who doesn't?
Can those who have received theirs, please post what time/day you ordered, whether you're a new/existing business/personal customer, etc.0 -
Mine arrived today, invoice states £9.98 paid in advance, nice message left by a northern lass on the answerphone "We can't deliver the 'phones, it was a misprice, should have been £50."
I might have to write to them to ask why they've debited my credit card for £9.98 if they can't deliver the goods.
Anyone who paid by credit card, let the cc company sort it out. Screen captures etc.

mine still saying despatched,due for delivery today but no sign,no email or phone call as yet,hope it turns up was looking forward to grabbing a bargain0
