Ordered 7 for family and friends, should have totaled £41.13p

I see a big Visa card chargeback coming if they deduct the full amount, this could be interesting .

Ooo, strange, ive just got 2 e-mails off them. 1 stated it was a price error and it has been taken off the website untill it's fixed the other states it was a special offer price and the have run out.

Dear customer,
You placed an order with us recently that included a great deal on a BT Synergy 3505 Triple DECT telephone.
This was a clearance item and we only had limited stock available.
I’m afraid that we’ve run out of this particular model now and so we can’t fulfil this part of your order.

I rang asking where my order was
First person told me
'Your account was closed as you hadn't ordered anything for a couple of years'
Errm, why did it let me login and make an order then
Passed to someone else
'Ah sorry sorry they are backordered and should be with you at the end of the week'
OK, so why have a got a delivery date of today and waited in for them for no reason?

Well why isn't my order showing as cancelled? And what do you mean I knew it was a pricing error. It was in your clearance section, other people have had them delivered, why should I not think mine would come too?

Same email here, though my order on their website still says 'held for authorisation'. I'm not holding my breath though
