Morning all,
Grey but dry here. Half the office are off today so I have a real CBA attitude at the minute. Roll on 4.30!
Didn't get as much done last night as hoped, the OH came home with a couple of pre packaged supermarket tapas dishes so I had to do an unexpected shop to bulk it out. On the plus side I know how to make spanish omlette (I know it's easy but never made it before) and some smokey chicken skewers which were yummy. Down side is the kitchen isn't as clean as I'd wanted and I managed to add a bit of finger zest to the lemon. Ouch isn't a strong enough word.
Spare room hoovered and now has space for a bed when we pick it up from my sisters. Kitchen windows got cleaned, DW and WM on and emptied. Top of hob cleaned, can't remember who suggested the bio washing powder but what a difference it's making! thanksAm keeping swapping the sides that get soaked (bucket doesn't fit it all at once) and scrubbing it. Big difference so far but still needing work, it was really THAT minging! Worktops and doors are all wiped down and cupboard measured. Will list the BNQ shop tomorrow morning before going.
Shall go look out my leftover list and add today's jobs to it.

Morning! DS away to school (hooray), checked in on nursery - yes her place is available and they are sending out letters soon (hooray) so back home, DD finished her brekki and now says she's tired. So she's watching tangled and I'm going to squeeze in a couple of hhc upstairs.
Anyone else ready?

FRIDAY EXTRA - Don't forget your ME time this weekend, even if it's just a nice relaxing bath!!! Go on you deserve it0 -
Morning all.
Sorry not caught up with the thread. Hugs, sticks, spoons & vibes for all
Just waiting for my bath to run, then after I'm sorted I'm going to the shops and hoping to get back before it starts raining again. DD is going away for the weekend so I need to double check her bag she packed last night. Last time she forgot pyjamas :rotfl: Since she's going away and its half term next week so no rush for her uniform, I'm going to have a Me time weekend. I'm going to treat myself to some ready meals (cheaper and in theory healthier than the chippy) and going to pick up a face-pack etc from the shops as my stash seems to have disappeared  I wonder if DD has anything to do with that or if I just didn't have as many as I thought
Plan today is:
Drop stuff off at customers who paid me last night.
H0meB@rgains / £strethcer / Ic£land / diy(?)
Washing up
Laundry: Dark / Light / Red / DD quilt / DD pillow / DD cuddly toys / DD blanket (x2) / towels / Mats / Cleaning cloths
Ironing (yesterday I just did mine, then DD did some of hers when she got home. I'm going to clear it all in theory as I don't want it sitting around all half term)
Check DD's bag
Make Bed
Sewing repairs (gloves x2, attempt school bag)
Make jug of juice to stop me drinking coffee all the time
Right I best get moving otherwise I'll never make it there and back before the rain :eek:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
I've just spent an hour trying to sort out Tesco problems - it appears my DH's clubcard account has been hacked and £180 of vouchers stolen. Please check your accounts.

I'm here just about to get moving. Bathroom cleaned (doing it every day properly at the moment. It is incredibly sparkly. )
DS2 spent his first night ever away from us last night. He stayed at his school for a sponsored sleepover for a homelessness/ vulnerable people charity called Framework. I have had no news so think it must have gone ok.
