Oh MiT, fantastic news on the child support money. :T:T Pennies from heaven...more like pounds from heaven
If your DD has pain/is sore, it could be blocked glands and perhaps a little infection. I had something that sounds similar-ish and got seen within a week by hospital, only trouble was, once I was on the meds, they did funny things to me...and I fell pregnant  This being 12 years after being told I was infertile and resulted in DS!
Fingers crossed she'll be fine and you get your holiday.Back on the DFW Wagon:

Ali I am hoping it's something like that too, now that I have sensible head back on. I have told her I'll hold it against her forever if I miss my holiday :rotfl: her friend and her are winding me up about it but they know I am a wind up merchant and they also know that I would not care one iota about missing a holiday so long as my girl is okay. Ali I know that turned out wonderful for you having DS but I am not ready to be Granny yet thank you very much

Normally a lurker but thought I would pop in. Couldn't you speed things up by asking for a referral for a private consultation with a doctor? There would be a fee if usually £150 - £200 but it would speed up waiting time. If there is any treatment needed you can then transfer back onto NHS treatment. If there is nothing to worry about at least you would know quicker and save you all the waiting & worry.0

:rotfl: Granny status can be avoided I'm sure. Just tell her to take extra care on any anti-b's.

flm67 I spoke to my pal who is a palliative district nurse and she reckons she will get an appointment within a week. If not then I will 100% go private. I don't want to hang about as even with all the other worries the wee soul is in pain.
I was just saying to her there that it could be an infected cyst and if so then she might just need it drained. She said 'but I'll be sleeping for that?' I did LOL and then said 'well I could always punch you out' She wasn't smiling. I think I received what they call a snidey ( dirty look)5 Year plan. MIT, don't beat yourself up about your indulgences. Sometimes when you've others to support, you need to cosset yourself. If it gets too self indulgent, we promise to shout at you but do go easy on yourself. Hi folks. I'm ok today. Consensus amongst my medical mates is that it's a cyst. I am zen like calm now
DD is away for the weekend with her BF so she will have a lovely time and chill out.
DS and I will work tomorrow morning but will only take about an hour and a half as owner texted me and said it was fine and not too dirty and she has stripped the beds. Then DS and I have an 18 th birthday party at night. No booze for me as I have race for life on Sunday
Been a busy busy day. My colleague wasn;t in again so I was flying solo again. Nightmare!! Luckily the staff who feed me my work took on a wee bit extra and helped me out. I'm going to do a wee monetary reward for her on Monday for being so proactive. Hopefully my boss will then do the same for me  Fat chance lol
Spends today not too bad. £45.72 for petrol. 69p sweets. Crisps and roll this morning was £2.25. Nothing else so not too bad.

Me and the local breast clinic were good friends for many years
Always cysts (except for one peri ductal mastitis) but it meant that I got mammograms every two years. They only drained the cysts that were painful but, if they are hormonal, they go up and down on their own each month.
Touch wood, I haven't had one since my hysterical rectumI was many years older than your DD when I had that but it still proved that all my lumpy issues were hormonal.
