  • Puzzcat I dunno. I've never had a pair :rotfl:. They've always been too expensive but some good deals coming up just now. I have only ever heard good things about them so I am feeling hopeful. I usually buy fly flots which are good but apparently these are better. I'm looking forward to getting them and you know me, I'll keep you up to date :rotfl:

SBO, not only are they dogs but they are Romanian dogs. My workmates were in absolute stitches today when I was indignantly telling them that.

Never thought of the interview skills INOD. There's always a positive to be found in any situation. He's managed to postpone the NAB until Monday which is a school day for him anyway. He also got the results of his computer higher prelim and he has gone up from a C to a B so I am slightly mollified.

Rach. Am glad I cheered you up.

I was in work today and kept singing wee songs and they were all telling me to shut up. I was winding them up and singing about daft things. I then said that I could sing a song about any name they cared to say and one of them said 'Tamara' I sat pondering for a while, pretending I was thinking really hard , whilst I may add they were all peeing themselves laughing as they thought they had caught me out , I then started singing-

    Happy Birthday to you
    Happy Birthday Dear Tamara

Well the place erupted and they were all saying 'only bloody you would come out with that' I just gave them the thumbs up and carried on working :rotfl::rotfl:. I really need to grow up.

So a NSD today :j. First one in ages. Fabulous pork chops, potatoes and cauli cheese for dinner and had soup for lunch. All from freezer so no costs at all to me. Fridge is starting to look quite empty now but I have enough to keep me going. I will get some chicken, sausage and fruit and veg once I get paid and fill up freezer again.

So a wee chilled night tonight. DD is away out for her dinner with her Dad and her face is tripping her. She has no time for him at all but he texted her saying that he felt that something had gone wrong between him and her and he wanted to chat to her about it. No !!!! Sherlock!! I honestly think they have just realised that she is an adult and are all panicking that they have missed out. Eejits

So tonight will be washing, knitting, ironing's done and dishes are done so basically chilling out and filling and emptying washing machine :D. Hope everyone is good xx

  • She had a nice wee night. She said he was asking loads about me though which is always a worry. Usually a sign that he's not getting on too well with wifey no.2 and the saddo reckons I am waiting in the wings on him ...............not even in my nightmares ;)

He still bottled out of having a big chat with her but she did bring up the fact that she has been with her BF for 5 years and his wife hasn't even met him. He's such a knob  and I'm such a Lady ..............:rotfl: NOT

Sounds like she handled him well.

I've got some male interest too  someone I worked with a few years ago has got back in touch. I don't know if I can be bothered - though he's good at DIY (and loaded) :rotfl:
