Ooh go you with the healthy grub :T

Try Zapper for a comparison on prices MiT - they do seem to be higher by about 10p a CD I found.

Wowser on the steps, that's incredible. Happy walking later :D

Lunch. Nom nom. Had chopped banana and yogurt for afters.

The cd's are my Mum's and I couldn't bear to get rid of them before but am okay with it now. II will keep a few but most are going. They are old singers who I have no interest in. I'll look at zapper. Thanks Ali x

  • Been organising and listing cd's all afternoon. I've put a few on Amazon as they will get more money there and about £8 worth for music magpie, zapper wasn't playing with me.

I've popped my drinks cooler on to local selling site for £80. I'm just about to photograph my stereo as I never use it and it takes up too much room. I am being ruthless. If I sell the music centre then I can get rid of the unit it sits in and get more space in my tiny lounge.

I'm just going to work my way through the house and be completely and utterly ruthless. We are bursting at the seams and I need to fix it :)

Well done! I am trying to be ruthless as well.

I am realising (doh) that the less I have the easier it is to clean and KEEP the place clean! x

Hope the kids keep out the way or they could be on a fb selling page...
I think your mum would love it that you are raising cash for a very well deserved holiday by selling her old CD 's. I remember many years ago my mum's car being broken into and they threw her tapes into the garden, she was most put out they didn't steal them..not many Neil diamond car thieves around...

Lol puzzcat, that's funny about your Mum's tapes.

It's funny how we hang on to things sentimentally and then there comes a point in our lives when we happy to see the possessions go.

  • Bad Weather I hadn't even thought of that aspect of decluttering, I just know we have too much stuff. Less cleaning is a bonus :D

  • I am so excited but also a bit scared. We booked a week in Alcudia at end August :D 8 of us going so we will have a great time. £493 all inclusive so that's fabulous.

So by end April I need £205 and by end May I need £292.85 plus spends off approx £250 for first holiday . So £747.85 in total

Following what I am doing just now I will have £120 so only £627.85 to find. DD's housekeeping will pay what I need to pay for end April and if ex pays again then that'll pay my spends. My friend will pay balance on her CC so it'll probably be end of June before it needs paid. It's all good :D. And all very MSE as I have managed 2 holidays for under £700 :money:

Operation hot body now needs to be full steam ahead. I have 5 weeks until first week away so I want at least 1 stone more off for that and then I will have 14 more weeks until 2nd week so at least another 2 stones by then. I am ultra motivated now.

So I will be menu planning and couponing like crazy to accommodate all this as I am determined it will not affect my debt repayments. I still want to hit my monthly target.
