Ha ha INOD I want in on deciding their performance related pay. We would set the standards and then meet the curve :rotfl: now wouldn't that be a fun meeting. Well I would love it anyway.
On my return from work tonight my house has been cleaned, hoovered and mopped by DS. He even cleaned the cooker . DD made the dinner and has made pasta for our lunch tomorrow. She also hung up the washing and put another load in and cleaned the bathroom. Fabulous
. Still not talking to her though as I want an apology. It just shows when you mean business they will listen. So good coming home and it's all shiny clean and food ready.
Spent £2.95 today on some lunch and a scone. I saw some pics of me from our night out on Friday night and I just look horrific. I am absolutely disgusted so tomorrow I am back on diet BIG time. They really are horrifying and I had thought I looked quite good as well
.
Over the next 6 weeks I need to get £750 together so I can pay my holiday for September and also spends for my few days away in May. My head tells me I shouldn't be going but I am going. My reasoning behind it is that I feel it is time for me to rebuild my life a bit as I have spent 14 years concentrating on children and life is passing me by. So it's time for me. If ex gives me money this month and next then I will be fine and dandy but I will make sure I spend as little as possible in the meantime and take advantage of any savings I can get so I can pay it all in cash. I am determined that I will pay it all in cash and no debt. So I have 6 weeks to lose 6 stones and get together £600 ................easy peasy :rotfl:
So I told my staff today that I was moving on and they were all annoyed as we have a nice wee section and we all get on well. I am happy thoughLife will be much easier for me without the hassle of a team. I like being a team leader but it was impossible combining 2 jobs and getting pulled in all directions. So onwards and upwards

Thinking of chopping off my legs. That might work
Girl in work has been losing weight and I said to her the other day she was looking well. She got the gastric band fitted. She said you can eat whatever you want but you just feel ill if you eat too much. I am really tempted. If I had the money I would go for it as I am really terrible at sticking to a diet. I just sat here and ate a bloody Easter egg

I truly believe that I need to feel the effort to lose weight. Otherwise I'd probably have thrown the credit cards at the problem a long time ago. My prob is, I don't like to feel the effort.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. INOD I was absolutely horrified seeing those pics today. That person is just not the person I see in the mirror. The camera doesn't lie though so the person in the pictures is who I am and how I am seen and I need to make the effort as I don't like her at all !!5 Year plan. So what you need to do is put a large print of that picture alongside one of you looking really good where you will see it every day. Either that or on the front of the biscuit tin. Having been a failed dieter for 25 years or so, I could give lessons. Just be sure that you aren't looking at a particularly unflattering shot of yourself. My curvy with a size 10 waist daughter looked at a pic taken Saturday night and commented that she hadn't realised her boobs were so big. It was the angle of the shot as much as anything.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. Oh there were a number of pics, from all angles lol I was a mess. I am going to get the pics and have them on my screensaver and on my desk. That way I'm covered most of the day. Great idea about getting a good pic as well and I'll do that. I have dieted for over 25 years as well so it's about time I sorted myself out x5 Year plan.
