  • 8 and a half hours sleep :D. Conked out as soon as had hit the pillow. I reckon all these antibiotics are playing havoc with my body and just exhausting me but I do feel better today. Am tired tonight but not as bad and I really wish I had went to see about my chest weeks ago as even after 1 days antibiotics my chest feels better.

Today I spent £5 on works lotto and £4 on Grand National :o. Gambling problem there :rotfl:. Only other spend was £1,35 for milk.

Going to chill out and watch DVD's tonight. Am working in the morning and I will earn £32.50. I have already paid it off of my CC :D. I'm hoping to get into paying off a wee bit each week again on top of my normal payments.

So a busy weekend for me but all nice things so I'm looking forward to it. I had my end of year meeting with my boss today so she has more or less told me that I am losing my staff and going to wholly do other kinds of work. I am really relieved as they are a bit of a motley crew and bring a lot of problems and trying to do that along with another job is a nightmare. So one less hassle for me. I'm delighted :D

No doubt I'll be back later xx

  • Afternoon folks. A busy wee day today. Working this morning and I have made 36 cup cakes since I came home. Letting them cool so I can ice them later. My friend's son is moving to Canada and she is having a wee farewell day for him tomorrow. My other friend and I are going in tomorrow straight after church to help her with the food etc but she had asked me to do a nice centrepiece for her table. So I have made vanilla cupcakes and chocolate fudge ones. I will ice the vanilla cupcakes with red icing and I have canadian maple leaf toppers for them and I will do fudge icing on the chocolate ones and I have the same toppers for them. Should look fab. I'll post pics later :D

My other friend who has the cleaning business has offered me a hald days work on 11th and 18th April. 5hrs at £10 per hour each day. Unfortunately am working the 11th but can do the 18th :D so that'll be a nice wee £50 for the CC debt.

Going to order DS £100 worth of clothes as gave DD the money for her furniture for her room. I'll use m&m as they have great deals. Just going to chill for a wee while and then make dinner. Macaroni cheese is the order of the day. Fine by me as it is a nice easy dinner to make.

    Back later xx

  • Taking the car PLMBL so I can 'try' and be good *rolleyes*

Just spent £102.97 on clothes for DS from the maintenance money. He is so disinterested in clothes that he has hardly any as it is easier not to bother. I nagged him earlier to get onto M&M direct and choose some things. He got jeans, fleece, converse and a t-shirt. I added chinos and another t-shirt so that should see him through for a good while.

My Mum's lottery ticket won £25 so I will pay that off of cc when it comes into my account :D

Really going to try my best this month and definitely reach my target and hopefully exceed it by a good bit. Obviously the maintenance helps but £200 of that has gone to the kids.

I got my other £25 voucher for ASDA so I have spent £59.45 minus my savings due to deals, my £25 voucher and the money back vouchers from their 10% promise and I have got it down to £23.51 :money:. I got enough meat for approx 21 meals and stocked up on tins of spaghetti ( kids use loads of this for lunches and snacks) yogurts, soap and deodorant so I should have minimum to buy all month. I'll need a chicken order from the folks I get my veg boxes from but hopefully not too much more. I am going to try really really hard and make do with what I have in the freezers- believe me there's plenty :p.

Going to watch a wee movie now and then bed as a busy but nice day tomorrow xx
