I'm always very dubious of pills to help you lose weight.
Why not just eat clean and exercise?0 -
Running and eat less everyday, eat more green vegetables and fruits. These will help a lot.0

Eat clean, train dirty

I lost nearly 2 stone over 18 months. It felt great. Unfortunately, it has crept back on. I am certainly going to get rid of it again but this time a few lifestyle changes will be included - ie making sure I am moving around more.
I did notice that bread and potatoes are not a dieters friend. In fact, anything you eat in excess is the enemy!0 -

Thats why the tablets are so good for me they help me maintain and consistantly lose, no creeping back on and no hunger so no overeating, I'm so much happier now I'm slimmer, I wish I'd taken action much earlier, need to change my user name now haha, good luck0 -
Hi RFJ, why dont you try this .. pretend YOU are a diabetic and adopt our diet. Its not really a diet as such. Do what we do and I can guarantee you will slowly and steadily go back to your natural adult weight, the sort of weight you were as a young adult.
The basics of any diabetic diets ( type 2 ) is to controll your blood sugar levels. That means eating meals which digest slowly and are complex carbohydrates and proteins. You have to check the food label for added sugars and keep away from a lot of very sweet and tinned fruits and dried fruits which are high fructose, such as grapes , strawberrys etc. Bananas are ok but not too much, half a banana at a time. Porridge or shredded wheat for breakfast. Avoid things like rice and spaghetti but brown and wholemeal spaghetti is ok. Pulses, and beans of all kind are fine and can be used in currys and mexican dishes. dont use jar curry sauces, only curry powder or make your own. Since I was diagnosed diabetic 2 years ago I have steadily dropped from 12 stone 7 to the 10 stone mark, the same weight I was as an 18 year old. Alcohol is limited of course and I would recommend no more than 10 units a week.
I think the diabetic diet is the only diet which works for any length of time0 -

I'm sorry but I have to say that those products look like a waste of money.
First of all either there are major problems with their websites, or their 'formulas' 2 and 4 have exactly the same ingredients.
No 3 has a spelling mistake: Congugated Linoleic Acid instead of Conjugated, however that ingredient's recommended daily dosage is 3.2 g/day, according to Wikipedia, so not sure what 2-600mg is going to achieve...
Also there is nothing to support their claims.
e.g. one of the ingredients they use is resveratrol
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resveratrol
Another one Chromium picolinate
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromium%28III%29_picolinate
I could go on and on, but I think you got the picture, these tablets are a waste of money to say the least and I can't see how they can substantiate the health claims they make.0 -

Very interested in this, I've actually recently been thinking about giving up sugar entirely as there's a lot of health benefits. Well done on your weight loss!0 -
