We usually have rolls on square sausage ( lorne) which some of you who aren't Scottish may not have heard of.... they are great. Needs to be from the butchers though, the ones from supermarket are not as good !

Bacon in crusty rolls in our house

I was going to suggest a 'North Pole Breakfast' but definitely more for the kids!
If you're doing breakfast for a few, I would have fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, croissants with mini jars of jam or marmalade, toast, cereals, orange juice etc and then do scrambled/fried egg on toast, fry up, bacon rolls etc on request.0 -
Another one for bacon in warm crusty rolls and a glass of Buck's Fizz. Lovely!MSE 7 year member :rotfl:

Christmas breakfast? That's Port (or Sherry) for the grown ups and Chocolate for the children in this house. Sometimes a bacon roll and a Satsuma get involved too...
Not very helpful but traditional (for us) - and I think that is what makes it special - if its something you do year after year.

Our xmas day breakfast tradition is croissants fresh out the oven with cherry jam or choc spread, christmas morning muffins and OJ coffee and bucks fizz
