I bought a Samyang lens from TipTop Electronics on 3rd November 2014. Before I bought it I rang them to ask about delivery times as we had a film shoot coming up which I needed the lens for - the shoot was over 2 weeks away. Anyway, the chap on the phone said that the lens would be delivered 5-7 working days after I ordered it. And as it was not yet the Christmas period it might be even sooner.
So I ordered the lens. And heard nothing for almost 3 weeks. I rang them up and was told that the delivery of my lens had been delayed because of the "Christmas rush"!!! And he said that someone would be in touch with me within the next hour with an update on delivery time. No phone call or email arrived that day. Or the next day. Or the next 2 days. So I rang them up again 4/5 days later and was told that the lens they were going to send me got damaged and that they wouldn't send me a damaged lens - "I should hope not" I thought! And then the next bombshell - the lens that got damaged was the last one in stock and that they didn't know when they would be getting more stock in. He then went on to say, "give us a ring Friday and we'll see if any stock has come in."
I didn't wait till Friday! I rang them on the Wednesday and asked for a refund and went elsewhere. To their credit, they did refund me that day and it appeared in my paypal account the next day.
All in all though, I won't be using TipTop again. They have poor communication with their customers - I had to ring up every time to get an update. And to me, it sounds like they told me a few lies. I hope this review helps someone make a decision on whether to buy from TipTop Electronics.0 -

The order effectively froze Tiptop's bank account and demanded their building society to pay the original sum that I paid for my projector plus my court costs, money for the warrant and an extra £100 for the TPDO.
I think the whole lot came in at almost £3,679, the sum of which I received via cheque from their HSBC bank account.
Good luck to anyone else who has the determination to pursue these rats, although it took a bit of time and extra money I have to say that the final result was more than worth the hassle......not just to recoup my financial losses, also there was a principal at stake.
