Will have to take them through the courts I have exhausted all other avenues I think.
Hope people read this and understand what they are risking when they deal with these people.0 -
I believe they based in Australia but claim to have offices in Dorset
I wouldn't put money on there being there though

The projector was returned to BH9 2bJ which looks to be just around the corner from their business premises.0

Good news
I spoke to Ben and he has agreed to refund my money £1,000 starting today so let's see what happens.0 -
Seems the threat of legal action has `motivated` them lol.
3 months for a partial refund is better than nothing. I hope you eventually get full satisfaction from these j0kers.0 -
Checked my bank account and he hasn't credited me with the money I will try and get hold of him again tomorrow.0

I'm wondering if the Police can assist me with this, the guy has taken my money, taken the projector back with an internal fault for an agreed replacement and while it has been in his care it has somehow managed to sustain £2,500 worth of damage to itself and HE or none of the people that HE has instructed to handle it for him want to take responsibility for it. The unit now sits in his supplier shop in Singapore collecting dust and he doesn't want to pay my money back.
Has a crime been committed here?0 -
Do you suppose that maybe it is a UK based sole trader who's getting stuff drop shipped anonymously from abroad?0

The website has the company number 08355174 on it.
Just typed it into the Companies house webcheck page and that number belongs to: D & B TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.
Companycheck says the Directors are Dhruv Chopra and Benjamin Broome
Two registered addresses are given, the one in Bournemouth and also:
FIRST FLOOR 2 WOODBERRY GROVE,
NORTH FINCHLEY,
LONDON,
N12 0DR
All the above is in the public domain. HTH.0 -
https://www.192.com shows Benjamin Broome living in BH9 2QL, so it appears as though it's his flat.0
