Without knowing exactly what was allegedly stolen it is hard to form an opinion if the items were actually stolen or could simply have been lost.
I'm sure it's not that uncommon for removal men or cleaners or anyone you trust alone in your house or with your stuff to occasionally pocket small desirable items that would not be quickly missed. But i also doubt it is anywhere near as common as a lot of people like to think.
It seems a huge leap to assume something was stolen and who stole it just because it's missing0 -
I think pretty soon the whole forum will have a pm, there's more posts of "me too please" than on some of the giveaways

I hope you get your things back money, it's not nice thinking/knowing someone has stolen from you14 Projects in 2014 - in memory of Soulie - 2/140 -

Never used a pack and move service, always packed my own boxes and moved my stuff with people i know (friends, family etc).
Now we drive we hire a van and still DIY any move. We simply don't trust removal men.
Happily, we've never lost anything using this technique!0 -
