meal plan sorted for the week which I NEVER do but I am trying to run the freezers down so I can defrost, clean and reorder them all so we are running on bare minimum this week (I am also trying to reduce our spending!) I need a top up of bread, milk and fresh stuff but can get that at the end of the street so not an issue there so I may just do a small order of cereal and necessities for Monday...

I wrote the meal plan in my diary..

    And I paid the bills.

Kids taken to school. We slept late again. Tesc0 shop done. Shopping put away.

DH left at 5.45am for the 3rd time this week. I'm worried about DH he's working very long hours. He got home after I came back from pilates last night at 8.15pm. He's so tired he doesn't want to talk about anything and I have so much I need to talk to him about.

DS1 isn't doing anything. It is really getting to me. I've struggled with this cold all week and he just lies on his bed playing on his phone. MIL tells me to be happy that he's got a month of work in 6 weeks time. It's the 6.5 weeks of apathy, lazy and beliggerence before that happens that is the problem. It's really getting me down.

CY I hope you appointment had a good outcome. Good luck.

Deco - Sorry about your friend.

Take his phone off him and give him a list to do. :D

Didn't get a lot crossed off in my HHC, got a big one off my Toots list thou, deep cleaned the grotty oven. :D
Picked in a few dry clothes and changed the bedding.

Off to the shops now to pick up some lunch and milk, for a well deserved cup of tea.

    Afternoon all.

Flu jabs decluttered at 08:40 :D

Gloss painting of skirting boards and door frames in downstairs bedroom completed, but I shall need to patch up a few bits of emulsion tomorrow morning :o I'm not very good at this painting lark, though my new window brush is excellent for cutting in and makes the whole job easier :)

DH is sanding down the pine-varnished bed which we are going to paint white to tone in better with dark wardrobes and bedside cabinets, as a result of a major shift-round of furniture to different rooms where it fits better and DS1 taking the pine wardrobes and bedside cabinets

(((Hugs))) to all who need them. Sorry to hear about your friend, Deco.

I have plenty of spoons on offer, but am keeping a few sticks back for DH's BD which has crept back in again :(
