Hawkins bazar - not sure if I'm able to say the store names because of the rules.
I also brought a calender with a picture of some poop (I know just keep reading. I'll explain now) saying "same old sh*t different day" because my dad always says "SOS..same old sh*t" whenever I ask how his day has been after work.SavingsRepayment: £0/£359.00

I've made a little progress today.
I've bought some plain red and white stockings and some pieces of felt, going to cut the letters for their names and some other Christmas shapes and let my OH daughters decorate them in a couple of weeks, they will have unique stockings they can hang for Santa - cost for this was £2.25, we've already got some glue and it will keep them occupied away from the tv or game pad things for a little bit!
I couldn't find the little wash bags I was looking for so have bought a couple of the small sized clear pencil cases that you can get 60p each, so that was cheaper than I was originally budgeting for.
To go with the Champaign and Christmas pudding idea I have just used some B@@ts points on a 3 for 2 offer and bought some truffles, I had to pay for the delivery which was £2.95 I could have arranged for collection at a local shop, but we live quite away from the nearest one so paying is the cheaper option for me!

I am steadily chipping away at my budget.
I got the Glomour mag with the free nail varnish and Body Shop card. I had £3 on my card. I used it today to buy a pressie for a friend and the nail varnish will be a little gift for my niece. Someone recommended searching Vintage Necklace on 3Bay so I did and found one from 20 pence free postage coming from Hong Kong, fingers crossed it is nice for my niece to go with her nail varnish.
Still got to get pressies for my DD who I will spend most of my budget on. My DD buy's my OH a gift, I thought this year I might give her a £5 budget and go up to P0undl*nd and so she can get 5 small things, she will love wrapping them all up. Good stocking filler ideas this year.Competition wins £14,136.30[\COLOR]0 -

kdalwayskint wrote: »Right then, my list! My other half normally sorts his side out and I do mine, so going off that I have my son, OH, mum, 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 3 sisters and 3 brothers in law, dad and step mum.
16 to get gifts for  I've left it a bit late to get organised:(
So I've decided that for OH side we are doing the celebration hampers (Champaign, Christmas pudding & truffles) which are very low cost, using bottles that we already have! I'm going to extend this to my side for 2 of my sister's and their hubby 's as I have already got something for my youngest sister and her hubby. I think I may have to purchase a couple of bits but planning on about £10 to have them all sorted.
For my son I really want to get him an IPod or similar he is 15 so if anyone has any ideas they would be really welcome.
So looking at the budget then:
OH ~ £10
Son ~ £50
3 nephews ~ £30
2 nieces ~ £20 spent £3
Mum ~ £10
Dad & step mum ~ £10
6 couples ~ £25 spent £18
So my budget is £155 spent so far £21, I am hoping I can come in under this budget as this is a fair bit of cash for me and doesn't include OH daughters!new challenge?£1 a day for Christmas 2024 £367 / £366 ~Got married 24/05/19 ~ Credit CardDFW Nerd #1155 ~LBM 25/2/09 ~ Debt at highest £8,037.35 ~ £00
