Oh, another question from me! (Sorry...)
Does anyone get ovulation pain? If so, can you describe what it is like and how you know that is what it is? I think I may have it, but I'm not sure how to tell and don't think I have ever had it before.
Thanks!
Hi Daisie, I posted about this a few days back. I get it just as Claire described - a twinge that is sometimes mild and and sometimes quite sharp - it has woken me up from my sleep on one occasion! I don't get it every month though and can't remember if I ever get it on the other side or just on my left like this month. Not everyone gets it though and I know in my case, worrying or thinking about it too much makes it more painful. The closest thing I could describe it to is a stitch but lower down - but Claire's description is much better!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -
Another month, another failure, could I be updated to CD1 please
Unbelievably bad AF this month, definitely making me feel as though something is not right and there's an underlying issue why I'm not getting pregnant. Doc mentioned my irregular cycles could be a sign of endo and the symptoms I'm having all seem to point that way. Just want my follow up appointment next month now, I don't even see the point of trying anymore.

Now they've decided I have to have a HSG and hubby a SA before they will give me Clomid. It makes sense but I wish they'd said this before & I could have got them both sorted before today's appointment. Booked Hubby's SA for 3rd February. They tolde the rules for sample collection, no sex 3 days before & sample has to be less than an hour old, I don't know why he needs an appointment there tho as he'll already gave his sample. Anyone have any experience?
Spoke to the x-ray dept regarding the HSG. Was told it's done at certain times in your cycle, I didn't know that. Has anyone had one? Is it painful? Did you go on your own or husband/partner go with you? I've booked another gynae appt for 4 weeks time, I'm hoping I can get both tests done in that time.
Have to admit I got really upset in the appointment today, think I thought today was going to really be the start of something happening & I know the tests make sense but it makes it all more real.
Hugs to those who need them! xxx
This has happened to me too, where I go for these appointments expecting something and then nothing happens its so frustrating.MFW 2016 No 68 £1300/£8500 No new toiletries Cook sth different0 -

Hi everyone.
First post on this thread so please bear with me. Have been ttc for about 5months now.!I have a pretty regular 31-33 day cycle but was about 2days early in december.
I am now 7 days late. Ive done 4 tests all negative. Ive never been this late before and really hoping im pregnant but its driving me crazy needing that positive sign.
Im not really having symptoms. Ive had backache and headaches but work in an office so not too un common from sitting down all day. Ive been a bit blocked up (sorry if thats tmi) today i had my lunch and bloated massively. Im tired a lot but recently started different shifts so that could be why.Im trying not to think too much into things but was wondering if anyone had any experience or advice?
Thanks0 -
Thank you everyone for sharing your experiences.
Starting to get some boob pain so hoping AF is on her way so I can get the HSG booked asap. That makes sense about the appt for DH, I did wonder what they'd do as he'd already have his sample.
The doctor I saw was really nice & could see how upset I was when she said we'd have to have these tests done before Clomid would be prescribed. I've got another appointment for 10th Feb but she said if I havent got all of the tests done or if the results wouldnt be back in time to phone & change it to the next week. I'm hoping this won't delay things too much but still really annoying when we've had 6 months since the last appointment which we could have got all of these sorted in.0 -
