I've been going to slimming world since May and find it really helpful as I'm useless at controlling my bad eating. I'm not sure how much more I actually need to lose as going by my bmi it's still a lot but going by how I look maybe only another stone.

hugs to cookie, i dont have anything helpful to add. i really hope the doctor can help you.

i to have piled on the pounds, had a leaflet through the door from slimming world yesterday. not sure whether to join as eating at work is a nightmare, im a chipaholic lol. af is due tomorrow and that should be my last stressful day of the holidays at work. so hopefully its going to end well. im off to brum on nyd to celebrate the beginning of 2014, 2013 was a horrid year so we are off to Selfridges to the champagne bar if af show 's.

Thanks for doing the lists kellykins typically cos I posted earlier can you please update me to CD1.

I'm glad I know where I'm up to now but my cycles are becoming longer now that we're actually trying. I've gone from 25 - 28 day cycles to last months 30 days and now 36 days.

Not sure whether to go to the doctors or just wait and see
