CD1 for me as well....
What vitamins does everyone take? I'm only taking folic acid but think I'm lacking others0 -
I take a multivitamin with iron, zinc and magnesium. Can't remember why I started taking the magnesium now tho...0

I am taking pregnacare pre-conception vitamin, and my husband is taking the one they make for men. Have read a lot recently about vitamin supplements being useless and my sister, who is a doctor, certainly thinks they are....but it makes me feel like I am doing something anyway and it has the folic acid in it!
Hugs to Cookie. Hope you are ok xx0 -
Thank you all for your wishes x I am utterly confused on what is going on. I did another test this morning and the Asda one came back negative but on the IC high sensitivity one was showing a faint line. I am 3 days late, no sign of AF. I feel like I have bricks instead of boobies, almost fell asleep whilst eating my dinner (well as much as I could eat as I almost was sick on the cat!) and I have a constant feeling of bubbles in my stomach.
The docs cant give me any results till after 2.30 but I know in my heart of hearts that it will be negative. They have said that I will have a scan at 6 weeks but that would be in 2 weeks time and I am struggling to get my head around things now, yet alone in 2 weeks time!
I would be grateful for anyone who has experienced a chemical pregnancy some advice or where I can get some reliable information, as everything I have googled dates back to 2005.
I don't want this post to have a negative end so BABY DUST to all of you and FC xx

Hi cookie
Sorry to hear what you are going through
I had a chemical in the summer, bit different for me tho as I had bleeding (was still getting + hpts during the bleeding). By the time I had a Gp blood test which came back neg I was also getting neg hpts.
I did have pregnancy symptoms including very early cramping, mood swings and boobs like rocks as you say.
Hope your Gp gives you some answers
Big hugs

Hugs to all those who need then, lots of CD1's at the moment.
Have been a bit quiet as nothing to report and hate this time of year. Facebook has been full of engagements, babies and pregnancy announcements in the last week or so. Have been feeling really down about it all again and I don't think my OH gets how upsetting it is.
Here's to a happy 2014 where we all get the BFP's we deserve!0 -
Just had the docs call and they confirm that the test is now negative :-( They want me to do another urine test on Friday but I have just said what's the point as I have been doing tests since Sunday with the same type of tests they do and they come back negative. I have just asked for a blood test and they are going to call me later and confirm if I can have this ...0

Cookiee, I'm so sorry. Hugs.
tia - I know what you mean. Endless pregnancy announcements and so on are hard. At least it's not as bad as last year when I had about 7 people having babies over the Christmas period, including my ex who had an unwanted baby with his new girlfriend (she tricked him by telling him she was still on the pill, then didn't tell him she was pregnant until 20 weeks). Hopefully, it'll be you next year.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

I am feeling probably the lowest I have felt so far at the moment (in the ttc journey) just because of what you said - everyone on Facebook seems to be announcing lovely news. I have nothing to announce - I really thought I would have had by now. And being CD2, means that my OH has to go and have his SA next week which I think he was secretly hoping to avoid by getting me up the duff this month LOL! He admitted last night that he is scared of it coming back and saying he has a "useless willy" Hope that 2014 (EARLY 2014!!!!) is our year
Cookiee - ((hugs))Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?0 -

The SA thing is scary, but its better knowing than not knowing. If I hadn't made DH go for his, we would still be blindly trying every month, hoping, ssing, and getting upset when AF arrived and I'd be stressed and fed up and worried. Obviously, finding out DH has no sperm wasn't what we wanted to hear, but it does mean that we're no longer stressing about it. I very much doubt it'll be the case with your DH and if his sperm count is less than good, there are still ways of getting that BFP without IVF.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
