Evening ladybugs hope you all had a great christmas?

Congrats to all the recent BFPs.

Anyone else planning on trying to lose some pounds in the new year to hopefully improve fertility?

When I got my bfp back in the summer I'd lost a few lb with weight watchers (put back on plus more) so really going to try from jan xxx

Lolly, I'm planning to shed some major spare tyres starting new year ( right after I eat ALL the leftover Christmas sweets lol.....two days to go!). I'm going with the eat less, move more strategy. Hopefully we'll all be getting fitter but fatter for the right reasons soon!

I did pop on a couple of months ago but we were not really properly trying. We are ttc no 2. Took a year with no 1 so not expecting miracles! I am currently due AF on Thursday and have a couple of symptoms but know how the body tricks.

I have just ordered opk's so hopefully this might help get timing right.

Hello people, can I join please? Not many familiar names on here from when I was on last. I do recognise Daisiegg from the wedding threads though!


Just about to start ttc number 2. DS1 is 11 months old and my periods have only just returned as I'm still breastfeeding. I used a CBFM last time so that's been dusted out this month and I've just had my first high on CD14. Before DS I was pretty regular 28 day cycle with ov on day 13/14. Slight concern this time in that a few months ago DH was diagnosed with testicular cancer. He had one removed. Since then, it turns out that it wasn't cancer - which was great news. Apparently nature means that the one remaining will up it's game to compensate!!

Hi ladies x Well after my post yesterday I have gone through 24 hours of hell :-( Can you please remove me from the list.

It appears I might have had a chemical pregnancy :-( I am devastated. I still have no AF, am 3 days late and having all typical symptoms of a pregnancy but I have had 2 negative tests. I have been to the docs and they are going to do some tests (which I get the results tomorrow). If AF does not show up by 13th Jan then they will do a scan to check for ectopic.

Zcrat41- when did you get married? I used to post on the wedding board a lot leading up to my wedding, but have to confess I set up a new user ID for my ttc journey as some people who I know IRL know my user ID and don't know that we are ttc.

Yes- Im going to start off using my fitness pal- as I find this encourages to not only eat healthy but also go to the gym. If after a month I haven't got anywhere I am thinking about joining slimming world- but I am hoping mfp works as 1) I know I can lose weight using it and 2) its free!!
