It's not a requirement to be on the front page, just an option if you'd like it.

Thanks again for the list codemonkey. I am not sure how it works but I think today I need to move out of the 'wine and chocolate' zone as af is over....is that how it works? So CD7 but not on af anymore Not sure if I am meant to tell you that or not - sorry if it is too much information!

Had a surreal conversation with my sister last night. I mentioned that I was pleased that my period had come after 30 days last month (I had told her before I was worried it took 50 days to come after stopping the pill - she is a doctor so I was asking for advice). And she just said 'I know, mum told me'!!!! I don't even remember mentioning to my mum that I have my period...I must have said something in passing about having cramps or something I guess. So apparently my sister and my mum are tracking and discussing my menstrual cycle! I have not discussed TTC with either of them and I hadn't even told my mum I had come off the pill but apparently the whole world knows. No pressure, then...!

FF thinks i am at 4dpo but i disagree.... not temped this month properly so going off opks only although temped today its high and my sore bbs have arrived!

Less than two weeks until we go doctors to get the ball rolling!

Yes I think so. We got married in April and then had a big summer holiday and I think people assumed (pretty much rightly...) that we would start trying after that. But it is not something I want to discuss with anyone. Last week my grandad, bless him, was going on about when I'd give him some great grandchildren. I think he was testing the waters and wondering if I was already pregnant! I know I can't change it if people are taking it upon themselves to assume we are trying, but it just feels like a lot of pressure. I think there is no way if I do get pregnant I will be able to hide it from my family until 12 weeks. Just for a start, we see each other quite often and I am a big wine drinker and they would clock immediately if I wasn't drinking. Still, I am nowhere near being pregnant so will cross that bridge when I come to it.

In other exciting/slightly scary news, af has gone so tonight will be the first time in my life when I have TTC sex. To be fair, I know it is the wrong time of month for tonight to produce anything, but still .....it is exciting! Then hubby goes off on business and doesn't get back until Saturday so I am really hoping I don't ov freakishly early or anything and completely miss our chance this week. If I am CD7 today, I will be CD13 when he gets home....hopefully that should be ok? FF reckons I won't ov until CD19 anyway. Just looked ahead on FF and if I do ov when it thinks I am going to ov, then in January, ov will be slap bang in the middle of OH being away....:( oh dear! I have a feeling this is going to take a very long time. Better settle in as I think I will be here for a while!

Eek, sorry, that was a very long post. Hope you don't mind....I have no one to talk to about this and there are so many thoughts swilling around my brain! Sorry

Well I'm CD43 today the longest cycle I've ever had, even longer than when I first came off pill. Not sure what's going on with my body. Still BFN but I've had bad cramping the last 3 days but still no sign of AF but doesn't look like I'm pregnant either. I'm so confused, even cried this morning. Husband pretends like he understands but can tell he's not really concerned. Anybody got any suggestions?

Daisiegg - my husband goes away on business and if it's when I'm ovulating I get so annoyed as it's another month gone. I got married this year and before the wedding people were already questioning about children.

Keepergirl sorry about AF that's rubbish.

Code - thanks for lists and some brilliant posts, you really do make so much sense. We are all in the same boat regardless of how long we have been there for.

I am doing quite well, all things considering, and I have my first scan on the 10th of this month, then we tell DH's parents on the 14th. I'm more scared of telling his mum than the scan! So I don't know whats going on with me..... last OPK test was last week and still no peak fertility so gave up bothering. Just struggling to believe that in last cycle I OV'd on CD11 and this time it would be later than CD21!! So... We bd'd at least every 3 days from CD7 up to CD21 and then gave up in utter exhaustion. With 26-28 day cycles I should be due around about tomorrow or Tuesday and I am already starting to feel the witch arriving. Great. All that effort again for absolutely nothing. Feel sick today which is either due to AF on her way or just general sick to the back teeth of trying now!

Sorry for the rant ladies. I just can't even move into the 2ww because i didn't HAVE a 2ww! Just straight from awaiting OV to AF. Great. Stupid fat pointless barren body.

The only person who knows we are going to be trying is my sister- and that is because she is my best friend and I can chat to her!! My Mum has no idea, and I accidentally mentioned today I had a blood test last week, and she asked what for, so I just said it was a check up!! (I think she believed me!!)
