Thanks, I would give anything for a normal cycle second thought to have more than 10 days break from bleeding a month would do.:eek:

kelly you're not a bad person. The same thing happened to me this year when my best friend got pregnant and she sat there telling me about how it happened so quickly and it was the first month off the pill and I was sitting there with this fake smile pasted on my face calculating when I'd be able to go home and cry. I'm an ugly crier so I envy your ability to cry in the toilets undetected.

sweetpotato - not sure when you can test. The guidance if you don't know your cycle is 19 days after unprotected sex. Obviously this depends on if you know roughly when it happened. It's pretty rare to have a 28 day cycle, but yeah, go with that for now.

sweaty betty - not sure what to tell you. Hugs and hope you get an answer tomorrow.

Off to bed now because I'm exhausted and my lenses feel like sandpaper. My apologies if I've ignored anyone.

kelly - you are defo not a bad person! I would be exactly the same! I seem to feel its acceptable to judge pregnant people based on the employment, age, no. of other kids, no. of dads on the seen etc so if your irrational, im 100% b**ch!!!
i dont think any of us thought it would be this diffcult but we are lucky that we can 'chat' on here. it may not solve our problems but its still good to get it off your chest sometimes!

Hello everyone. Well the good (?) news is that my test was negative so I'm unlikely to have an ectopic pregnancy (see panic posts from last night). However, I wish these stupid symptoms would go away.

I'm also feeling completely over emotional (not unusual for this time of the month I guess) and crying at facebook posts. I've also just heard that another friend is pregnant. This is number 7 since I lost the boys in June, I must be running out of people I know to get pregnant now, surely??:o I am happy for each and every one of them, just feel a bit sad for me.

Hi, Ive been thinking about posting on here for a while as I keep reading the thread. Im married and have been off the pill since Jan 2013, although I didnt keep track of my cycle etc as thought it would all happen naturally, I had an early miscarriage in August of this year and my periods havent been right since, my last cycle was about 7.5 weeks long! This cycle the first day was 9th Nov, Ive been to the doctor a couple of months ago and he said to go for a 21 day blood test which Im planning to do on Friday of this week, day 21. Im a bit confused by it all tbh but I bought a ovk yesterday and tested last night but it was negative, but as my cycle isnt regular at the moment I dont know when to start testing but Ive had slight stomach pains for the last 2 days so thought that might be a sign of ovulation? So is there anything else I should/could be doing? x
