I want to ask pregnant women what their conception secret is. Really feel I'm missing out something in this TTC'ing marlarkly.

Me too! I'm doing everything by the book - I don't drink, don't smoke, don't have caffiene, take the right vitamins, drink lots of water, have a healthy bmi and yet still have naff all to show for it .
