PM: Good luck with the BD'ing!! I often feel things have *ahem* escaped, but I'm sure enough stays in. I certainly seem to find some the next day (TMI, I know)!

VK: Vent away...I'm in a right proper mood today and can completely see where you're coming from! I do like how your post has been split up though-it's like a TTC'ing poem!

Wonder Woman: What CCG are you? They've gone away to have a conflab about it but I'm hoping to use examples of other places that do allow it as ammunition! CARE have said it would be an extra £750, but I wouldn't mind paying that if it works! Have you had everything through yet? I've had to chase for the letter to come through

purcy: I had my best IUI scans after doing acupuncture and chinese herbs, with good lining and good follies. I also found I was ovulating later and it gave me a longer cycle so may be worth a go. Saying that, I'm off the herbs now because they don't recommend with IVF and it's shortened a bit again.

SewIt: I think I've only ever done three HPT's...I had a short cycle so I never got the chance to hope :(

Isn't it funny that after all these years of trying, we all still wonder whether we're "doing it" right?!?

Good luck partmouse, I really really hope this is you're month.
Sorry for cd1 t2d, it sucks.
Rant away vk, I think we all know how it feels.

Off for another ultrasound today to check my ovaries again. Dignity, what dignity?

I was talking to a GP friend of mine last week and we were saying the same - the more you think about what's actually involved the more you can't believe it ever happens. They've been trying for their second for about a year, so she's managed it before (and is a Dr, so know's what's involved lol) but she now says it seems like more and more of a miracle everytime she thinks about it.

TFI Friday ladies. Have been close to slapping people at work all week... I need a weekend to save my job! There are such utter numpties here it's really doing my head in. Doesn't help that I'm massively over-emotional about everything at the moment. Last night I cried because the church was full for the induction service of our vicar. !!!!!!?! :rotfl:
