I don't even like cake but have printed this off and told loads of people about it. Everyone loves the idea. I might have a go at coffee and walnut ones tomorrow if I scoot to the shops to get some flour and eggs, and deliver some to friends who like the idea of this. Great for people who don't want a whole massive cake to themselves.

My mum has got loads of apples for me apparently, may try the apple turnovers as they would be lovely with vanilla ice-cream and cream.

    Hungry now.
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.

Edit, have just gone and had to make a toastie sandwich.

I was thinking you could make lots of different types, and then put them on some skewer type pole thing (haven't worked that bit out yet), and have like a cake tree that you could take a piece off....if that makes sense to anyone other than me.

Yes....thats the look. I think that looks lovely.

    Sorry for multiple posts....?????......ruddy phone.

Although with the breville cakes they would all be same size....so more like a cake tower.

I suppose you could do different flavours/colours ie choc, vanilla, banana, pink coloured...........

Flippin' eck, I am going to go to bed before I hit the fridge, I am getting calls from either the biscuit tin or the chocolate in the fridge with all of this cake stuff!

You can print off the recipie and destructions from the link at the beginning.

I'm quite obsessed with this idea.....and like I said I don't even like cake, I just want to make them and build them into something that looks cool.

I'm visualising a tower of these little cakes, all different, piled up then covered in icing suger and looks like a Christmas tree.

I haven't got round to it yet today and possibly won't now, but I am for sure going to make them. They would be a fab idea for the ward I work on too as quick and individual to decorate/ice. They would be a fab idea for kids to do too.
