Just checked my list and realised that I forgot to report another OUT -
175: TBS Satsuma soap - this was a real LJH as I don't really like solid soaps. It had nearly finished but as I was moving house I decided to TA rather than take it with me! WNBA, love the smell though.0 -
Tossed out an Estee Lauder Self Tanner that I got as part of a GWP. Never used it and when I opened the tube, it had separated. I'd never use this so, out it went and truthfully, it was well past it's expiry date.
UU: a Yves Rocher Serum Vegetal cleanser 30ml. Started it on my trip earlier in the month and will finish it tonight. Nice. I like a gel cleanser. If I ever run out, I'd buy it. Woops, I just looked at the website and it's either not made anymore or not available in Canada.0 -
Three more UUs just in time for the end of the month:
Avon sleeptherapy pillow mist (stored with my toiletries) WNBA. I wanted to try it for ages, but I just didn't like it enough to bother again.
BS Spa Wisdom orange blossom finishing mist - already have another bottle. It's a nice light body mist, good for light moisturising, though the fragrance is possibly a little strong when you apply it all over.
Colgate toothpaste - I declared this as an IN when I bought it, so only fair to declare it as an OUT. Don't think I'll bother with declaring toothpastes again though...0 -
I still have a sample tube, used once and hated on my hair, if you'd like it you're very welcome to it, PM your details and I'll post it off
Emsjune, that's ever so sweet - I'll PM you now!No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in January!UU: 5, IN: 2Total Stash: 99 - ultimate target 33 (year start 99)0 -
Sundaysgirl & Fiasco - glad to hear your OH's are on the mend.
I have a couple of uu
Mandara Spa Tropical Blooms Body Cream - this is the last of many 50ml tubes and pots, I like the fragrance and all other items in the range but the body cream takes too much effort to rub in so WNBA.
Philosophy Hot Buttered Rum Shower/Bath/Shampoo - 120ml, I used the last bit as bubble bath, plenty of bubbles but the fragrance was a bit lost.
Molton Brown Instant Indian Cress Conditioner - 50ml - this is how conditioner used to be - no silicones at all and you can really tell the difference when you rinse out there is no smoothing effect but when dry my hair was just as good.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Oxford Owl reporting for duty - two UUS and a totally free IN
UUs:
58. The Carrot bubble bar - WNBA. I liked the concept of the re-dippable bubble bars, but found that I still had to sit there holding it under the tap, so it was no more than a gimmick. I liked the smell, but not enough to repurchase.
59. Brightside bubble bar - WBA, if it ever comes back. Huge, so long lasting, and it has an amazing citrus scent. Still have another whole one!
and my IN:
26: Rudolph fresh face mask. I had five black pots after my empties clearout, so I traded them in for a Christmas face mask!
Edited to add two more UUs from this morning:
60. Sexy Peel soap - WNBA, liked it but like others more.
61. Superdrug Coconut and Almond conditioner 250ml - WMBA, thought this was an HG, but it didn't work too well the last few times I used it... Nice and cheap though, a good stand-in conditioner for when I use up half a set first...No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in January!UU: 5, IN: 2Total Stash: 99 - ultimate target 33 (year start 99)0 -
Hi all,
Some outs and ins for the end of the month.
Outs
Soap and Glory body scrub - like it but a bit fed up of the scent now.
Garnier 7 day body moisturiser - ok would use again.
Organic Surge Shower Gel TA as I hate the smell.
Clinique serum - just finishing it off.
Lots of sachets used while away on training.
Ins
Palmers stretch mark massage cream x3 - boots glitch, only paid for one.
Champneys gift set - in from last year's Boots sale - have decided to use it.
Freebie in (perfect timing) Philosophy Time in a Bottle serum to test
Bio oil x 2 200ml Bogof at boots and used points.
This month has really made me think about what I need and what I don't - and replacing stuff rather than buying blindly. Real revelation and in the long term will save me loads of money. Now to avoid the boots extra points events!0 -
I am another that gives Lush stores a very wide berth; I hate the smell and can spot one a mile away and because of this have never felt any desire to step inside one.
Reporting my last two UUs for the month, very sad to see these go:
L'Occitane - Verbena Body Lotion 50ml - this was the last of a fairly substantial haul of L'Occitane verbena products compliments of the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney some five or more years back. They somehow took a liking to my vanity case and kept jumping off the shelf to hiding themselves in there every time the staff came to service my room! :rotfl:
Elemis - Pro-Collagen Night Cream 15ml - this was a real treat bought as the duo set, mainly just to get the GWP. I do have another one just like it in reserves but will save it for a while whilst I use up something else from the stash and eke it out.

Still no sign of my Avon delivery. The thought occured that it's being left until pay-day, which is today for many.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0

Have four outs
BS Natrulift Serum - didn't like this, it was too runny and sticky, I do like the Nutriganics one though.
BS Natrulift Day Cream - 15ml and Night Cream - 15ml, both of these balled up on my skin which was a particular problem when applying foundation.
BS Natrulift Toner - too much alcohol.
BS Natrulift Cleanser - this brought an uncomfortable rush of heat to my face and I don't even have sensitive skin.
The cleanser, toner and moisturisers were all minis and were freebies when you spent £x on other things so I don't feel too bad about getting rid plus life is too short to struggle on with things which are not working.
Have replaced the cleanser and toner with Clarins and the day cream with a REN one and for night cream I will finish up my little pot of Clinique Moisture Surge.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
