Glad to hear this Sundaysgirl. I know what you mean. My bf was hit by a car last week when he was cycling over to see me. Spent the night at A & E, had a nasty concusion and head wound and a banged up knee. It certainly had a big impact on me! Thankfully he is doing well - but his bike is a write off.

Another UU from my project pan list. Elemis clear skin moisturiser. This was a GWP and really like it. Not sure if I can but WBA.

Also.....drumroll ....a very rare UU Clinique eye cream liner duo WBA but need to use the other 3 I have.

Sorry to hear how things are again Rosemary - pamper yourself at these times :grouphug:

Thanks fiasco :). at your bf, what a fright that must have given you - and I bet you now want to ban him from cycling! Hope he's getting better. There are so many careless drivers on the roads with little regard for cyclists, it's worrying.

Apologies Sundaysgirl, I had seen your post. I am so pleased that your OH is on the mend.
Fiasco, gosh... that must have been scary for you both.
I hadn't had my (pedal) trike long when I read of a mum - of - 5 killed on one on a busy roundabout, about 50 miles from me.
I ride on roads as a last resort. Regarding safety on the pavements for myself and others, virtually no road in our town is without wide grass verges for me to ride onto and the police turn a blind eye - I'm better off the roads.
    On topic:-
A gift set of cleanser, toner and moisturiser has arrived for me to review.

Thanks And, really nothing to apologise for though :)

Lush triggered an asthma attack for my youngest son. We went in when he was in his pushchair and by the time we left (under 5 minutes) he was wheezing. Now he's grown up he skirts around their area in malls very carefully.

Quite a few items I have on my list and some INS will be Christmas presents but currently they are on my list. I want to start wrapping for Christmas but then I won't know what I have wrapped and will not remember to remove them off my list. If I wrap them can I class them as a GA even though they are still in my house or I thought I should make a note of them and declare them out atChristmas the only thing is there is quite a lot that will go out and I'm not the best at keeping track and I don't want to have to unwrap items. What are your thoughts?

I am in exactly the same position, here's what I do:

    - if I'm buying something specifically as a gift then I don't count it as an in or an out

    - if I'm gifting something from my stash I count it as a GA once wrapped, as I would never be bothered to unwrap and keep for myself once done!

    - I've started wrapping presents already, I just keep a list of what I have wrapped and for who, and then add a gift tag/label. Otherwise, no chance of remembering what it is two months down the line, especially when most toiletries sets are boxed!

    Hope that helps!

  • Uus : Superdrug Ultra sanitary pads: Good alternative to commercial brand and often on offer.

Ins: 2 BS Peach body scrubs. Got an extra 40% off the sale price by downloading vouchercode on my phone so ended up only paying £6 in total.

Thank you, some items I have on my list are for gifts and some were bought with that in mind.

I also have had 3 parcels some again are for Christmas presents and some for a friends birthday next month. I keep everything together in my storage system until I open them and then they move either into the bathroom or onto my dressing table or box by my bed. I don't find it easy to track items so classing them all together means I can track them.

I will do as you have suggested and once wrapped class them as a GA. But I will put every thing on my list so I can track it.

    INS. This is 3 parcels
    2 scrubs
13 bath bombs ( not lush)
    3 body moisturisers
    3 soaps
    2 foot tabs
    3 bath creamers
2 massage bars or solid lotion bars again 2 different companies neither lush
    1 face cleanser
    1 face mask

    1 pack of cotton pads
1 cheap perfume from pound world ( for car)

That's it for INS for this month, I have 3 orders coming in for November and then I am going cold turkey till the Boxing Day sales.
  • Probably the last UU of the month:

Boots cotton wool pads - WBA and will need a restock soon.

Lush Shoot for the stars - WMBA wasnt my favourite as it didnt have much smell but DD loved it as it turned the water a dark purple colour.

Johnsons baby bedtime cream - A stash relic that would probably have been really pleasant if I had used it when it was fresher.

    1 Ebay out.

A TA I forgot to report - I found a part used Clinique happy perfume in the back of a work drawer from a time when I used to actually wear perfume rather than saving it for 'good'- it had gone an unpleasant yellow colour and when I sprayed to test it had even gone past the stage of being used as a room fragrance. A melted pink candle.

  • Project pan

of the 5 items I targeted this month 3 still remain.

Max factor facefinity powder is still going strong.

Boots 3 minute hair mask - over half of this remains.

Johnsons bedtime wash - this is almost gone and will be one of the first UU of next month.

I have loved this challenge and plan to do the same next month - anyone else doing project pan?

Will shop my stash to see what im going to target in November.

I have use up everything apart from a BS hair butter sample which I might use tomorrow, I have been avoiding it as I have read quite a few mixed reviews.
I need to sort out my list for next month. I do enjoy it as find that it makes me use products up that I might put off using. I have already 3 face cream samples that are destined for other uses as I don't like them.

Really sorry to hear about your OH's Sundays girl and fiasco - sounds really scary. Hope they are both on the mend.

Went through my make up today and TA a few things. I have so much eyeshadow it is shocking! I can't seem to stop buying palettes and then I hardly wear eyeshadow just because I can never be bothered day to day. Really going to make an effort to start wearing it. Might try and use a different palette each week or something like that. I don't want to UU things necessarily - just actually use them :rotfl:

Anyway, I TA 10 items - all mascaras and eyeshadows. Takes me up to 174 OUTS for 2013 so far :T going to aim for 200 by the end of the year.
