No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries October 2013

Looks like I might end the month with a flurry of UUs, so many of my favourite and most precious things all suddenly coming close to their demise.
Today was a little sample pot of a local product called Oasis Tropical Fruit Smoothie - so loved this it was a three in one mask; pink clay with fruit acids and a kind of fine gritty scrub to it. When I have used up some more of my stash of other face masks I would definitely consider buying this full sizeMortgage

Hi ladies.
I have two more UUs :-
Sachet of L'occitane shampoo. Had a proper look through my stash last night and I do not have any bottles of shampoo left other than a bottle of Pantene that I bought with the intention of using it to strip my hair colour. Now don't want to use this as have a colour I really like so will have to find a new home for this. Will use Emma's Aussie shampoo for now.
Lush Dirty Soap. WBA. Love this one however have other shower gels that need to be used up first.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Afternoon
Sorry to here Rosemary54 things are not going well :grouphug:
UU's
Elemis tranquil touch indulgent bath elixir WNBA I was disappointed with this it was okay but nothing special.
Yves rocher cold weather balm 50 ml WNBA I prefer neutrogena concentrated hand cream
Elemis pro-collagen marine cream 2 ml sample WBA HG
Nivea my silhouette gel cream sachet WNBA I have had this for a few years. Last but one item on my project pan list.
GA
Ritual spa shower gel 50ml
E 45 cream for friends son
Bath Emollient bubble bath 50 ml
I have several INS to declare but will do this once I get my parcel from my neighbour.
Quite a few items I have on my list and some INS will be Christmas presents but currently they are on my list. I want to start wrapping for Christmas but then I won't know what I have wrapped and will not remember to remove them off my list. If I wrap them can I class them as a GA even though they are still in my house or I thought I should make a note of them and declare them out atChristmas the only thing is there is quite a lot that will go out and I'm not the best at keeping track and I don't want to have to unwrap items. What are your thoughts?0 -

Hi all,
Bought a few bits in Boots today mainly so I could get my shop up to £50 (I was buying DH a hair clipper anyway) for the bonus £12 worth of points.
3 x packs of face wipes, a shampoo, a conditioner, Botanics BB cream and a body lotion (in anticipation of finishing that bloomin' H&B stuff) All stuff I'm due to run out of soon so would have to have bought them very soon anyway.0 -

I love this, but won't be able to afford to replace it for a long time!
I still have a sample tube, used once and hated on my hair, if you'd like it you're very welcome to it, PM your details and I'll post it offmoneyless_mac wrote: »Announcing more ins from a shopping trip to a nearby city with DD, my teenage sister and her friend.
Soap & Glory lip crayon in plum jam - No excuse I wanted to try it (this was on a 3 for 2 offer so my sister and her friend also chose a product each.)
Despite all the controversy I also added to my Lush stash with 6 more bath bombs - anything fizzy, coloured and with sparkles is always a winner with my 8 year old.
I have this lip crayon and also Nudist, love them both, thanks to whoever recommended them on here!I didn't mean to start a debate!
Don't worry, we love a good debate! Lush keeps coming up as they seem to keep doing silly things not in keeping with what they push as their ethos. To throw my two penneth worth in, I liked them better years ago when I was a teenager and a bit more angsty, I have used and enjoyed their products more recently but only when swapped or gifted just as I've never felt the need to buy and they've tended to be more novelty items, whilst nice, nothing I can't live without. I think they're expensive for what they are a lot of the time too and the smell from the shop in Chester is so overpowering I think I'd get a headache if I actually ventured in... :rotfl:0 -
((((Hugs))))) rosemary54
I was already boycotting them over the horse-racing thing and them forcing their own views down people's throats!
I was beginning to wane but I won't be going in there for a long while yet, I hate hypocrites!
Yes me too. And also I feel I can't breath whenever I walk past their store, don't know how the staff manage.
I have no more UUs, but I do have a free IN of Murad samples via a magazine subscription. Think it came via Glamour magazine and also received that today, there's a free Body Shop card in it, worth £3, £15 or £100, got this last year and got £3 so expect that again but still it's good to get something for nothing
Also this month's Glamour has a free Nails INC nail polish, but because of Royal Mail's new policy regarding nail varnish they can't post it out to subscribers  instead you have to take the voucher to a House of Fraser, certain Debenhams or Nails Inc store, well that's not very convenient  I am actually going to be near a HofF tomorrow but typically the offer doesn't start till FridayNot impressed
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Had a nice bath and UU a LUSH Candy Mountain bubble bar and Timotei vivid colour conditioner. Had to use the whole bubble bar for enough bubbles, usually you can split them for a few but not this time:(
Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -
i have an IN, free Benefit lipgloss from ELLE.0

 Not liking the smell of Lush? The shopping centre near my uni used to have a Subway at one end and a Lush at the other, for some reason it now means I feel really hungry when I walk past a Lush shop :rotfl:
I think I can manage one more UU by the end of this month, which will give me 16 OUTs vs 12 INs for the month.
I have stopped my Glossybox subscription which will help me to get a bit ahead next month, but even still I'm at 15 more INs than OUTs since starting this challenge...0
