:) Hi, been awol for 5 days so away to catch up with the thread.
I have awful back pain over my right hip and lower back, made much worse when staying at my BF :o for some reason. I think it may be the way I sleep, rather than any mischief you may think I'm getting up to ;)
Any ideas welcome to help relieve it?

No INs but also no UUs either. Off to catch up
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.

  • Aww hope you feel better soon asset, back pain is rubbish, I am always uncomfortable when I go to bed, its rubbish wouldn't wish it on anyone.

    UU Mal body lotion.
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

It will probably be the mattress not agreeing with you - my mattress is really old, and I noticed it more on my hips because I sleep on my side. A mattress topper helped make it a little better.

    Oh crud :(

I've falled off the wagon rather a lot this month, placed a Philosophy order on Boots last night! 2 x 750 pts + 1000 bonus meant I only paid about £5 per bottle of shower gel instead of £14 but still, I didn't really need it!

Also have relented and purchased some Lancome Dreamtone from ebay, 10ml of samples for a tenner delivered, which actually makes it a LOT cheaper per ml than buying the whole 40ml bottle for £59! Just want to see what the fuss is about and as I have pigmentation issues I would love to find something that might really work!

A few more UUs for me. Mind you, the more stuff I use up the more stuff I find lurking in cupboards...

I'm hoping to clear 30 items by Christmas.

    4) L'Oreal Youth Code day cream - WBA.

    5) L'Oreal Youth Code Luminize - WNBA as it made my face look really shiny.

    6) Waitrose plum and mimosa handwash - WBA as it smells gorgeous

    7) Batiste tropical - WBA

Another UU for me today Body Shop Rainforest Moisture Shampoo 250ml I bought this in another desperate hope that I might have found something that would help alleviate itchy dry scalp problems. WNBA - expensive and I needed to use loads at a time to get any sense that my hair was clean.

I found it not remotely moisturising for my coloured hair and hated the sickly sweet smell, which reminded me of Body Shop circa 1980s Dewberry.

I didn't like this either or the conditioner. Found it really drying and didn't feel it cleaned my hair

Another one of the same opinion! I find that I need to use a lot to get even a small lather, and end up doing a second wash too. I have two minis in the stash but they were freebies so can't complain too much :rotfl:
