Did I ever post my holiday UUs, I forget? :(

    No - please tell!

By the way, if you're planning a small BS spend anyway, I think they have a "spend £5 and get free body butter" deal at the mo... Sorry to lead you astray!

    Valm:

Canada does Thanksgiving in October, Americans at the end of November.

I just treat the meal as a dress rehearsal for Christmas Dinner/lunch.

Nutmeg and cinnamon will help you get the scents you love.

Oh I see, I didn't know you celebrated at different times, I though maybe you had gone a bit mad (or I had). Happy Thanksgiving.

Nutmeg is a gorgeous scent, Boots used to do a really lovely range of bath products and one of them was called Sleep Easy (I think) Peppermint and Nutmeg, DH used to buy me it regularly until they discontinued it.

Happy Thanksgiving. Sounds like a wonderful holiday. We are planning a trip over to Orlando again next October/November and I love love love all the pumpkin scented/flavoured things you can get. Love visiting Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Barnies to try all the pumpkin coffee/goodies. Shame you can't put some pie in the post for me!! lol

Just so you know, Waitrose sell pumpkin pie mix. ;) I buy a few cans every year and make my own pumpkin pie. I've no idea if it tastes as good as the authentic thing, but I love it. :)

  • Since I've finished two of my goals for this month, here's my new 'wanting to finish' list:
    • Frizz Ease Secret Agent Perfecting Creme 100ml - just rediscovered this in the bottom of a box, it's at least six years old, and it's just a bit meh. Not bad, it does what it says it does, but I just can't usually be bothered with it.
    • Lush Silky Underwear dusting powder - using this like talcum powder after a shower/bath, now there's a little less than half.
    • B Pure Micellar Water - I don't love this, it's a good make up remover but it stings my eyes, so I'm using it on my face only and as a first cleanser, following up with a creamy cleanser I love. Less than half left.
    • The Body Shop Born Lippy pot in Satsuma Shimmer - I love this but pot lip balms take such a long time to use up, and I want to get through my stash quicker than this!

So many errands to run today, but they mostly all require someone else to do something first of all!

    I have a uu

BS Passionfruit Facial Cleansing Gel - 250ml, this is a big size for this type of product and I have been using it forever, I use as a facial wash in the morning and it does the job OK.

Oxfordowl - I know what you mean about lip balms, I have pots dotted about all over and they never seem to end, good if you have just one but if you have 20 lip balms not so good.

Thanks for the tips about different serums maddiemay. Think I may just stick with the Percy and Reed one but I don't like the price much!

I too have loads of lip balms and never get through them. I love the look of lipsticks and moisturisation from lip balms but I really hate the feel of anything on my lips??!! Wonder if it's just me being strange or if other people feel like this.

Just been looking at the Clarins 'Essentials' make up palette - I really really want it. Didn't get the Bobbi Brown chocolate one in the end after advice from people on here. What do people think of Clarins eye shadows? I've never owned any before.

I don't use anything on my hair so I have a 3/4 full bottle of redken satinwear stuff. Would you like it?

    Evening.

    UU's
Lush coco lotion WNBA finally got to the end of this. It nice enough but nothing special. I really don't think it helped that I added a perfume oil to this as I smelt like an apple crumble everytime I applied it.

Apple pancake perfume oil WNBA used with the above

2 x sachets of flexitol hand balm WNBA repurposed as foot cream 4 more to go.

Elvive extraordinary oil sachet WNBA full of rubbish

Natural classic treatment wax hair conditioner WBA but not till I have used up everything else

Jo Hansford intensive mask 40ml WMBA I did like it especially when I left it in my hair a few hours before washing it out.

    TA
Umber to giannini sleek and straight conditioner, this is at least 9 years old which I found in a box from moving house 8 years ago. It's smells vile.

Clinique clarifying lotion, again had this for years and it is alcohol based and I avoid alcohol based products as they don't suit my skin.

I have been sorting out a few things for my sister but I will get a few things back form her.
