The thing is I don't get is I have been to several mainland Europe countries from end Sept - early Nov and seen very little Christmas stuff.
If these countries' shops can do this, why can't we? Esp as some of these shops in the UK are multinational chains.
You are not forced to buy these overpriced tat. BHS is one shop which is getting worse for gifts each year! £8 for a mug with a few sweets!
Because the stuff is in the shops so early, when Christmas is actually here, it feels 'empty'0
