They are all ex workers of groupon etc who have uv bed together to get better prices on products. Also have had missing orders and I find fb is best way to contact. I threaten with consumer act in my emails so even emails have always been replied to. Also I bought baseball hat that looked like it had been worn for ten yrs but I think it was the " look" and forgot to send it bk. lf u don't mind the wait and occassional missing item all in all they are good.

Guess it's all drop shipped from China then - in which case look at places like DX, AliExpress to order direct.

I have also ordered Many times from SDN.. I am currently waiting on 2 pairs of Converse Inspired Trainers. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and paid via Paypal (Pay After Delivery - Money taken after 14 Days from date of order) Money is now being Taken, but nothing received..!! I've emailed them and Yip, there's been a Delay..! Put in a Paypal Dispute and have received a refund (Temporary Hold on it just now) but should be off soon, However, i, as far as i am aware from more contact with them Still receiving my Order, however i am getting the stuff Free..!
Some thing's i have had in the past have arrived pretty quickly and have been ok, but to be honest, i'd say nearly 90% of all my orders i've had to put in a Paypal Dispute! I receive a Refund no problem, they issue it Really quick, and i Still Receive the items when they turn up eventually.. So i'll probably keep ordering lol Just not anything that's too expensive..

I have and I must say they are not very good when it comes to orders that you have not recieved. I have ordered 3 things from them...one came through...the other they kept me waiting about 2 weeks until they confirmed its been sent then I waited another 2 weeks and still not arrived...there customer service is poor and dont have any contact number to call them on - just an e-mail address. Nearly 8 weeks after my order - I am still waiting for a refund which they now have said can take another 3-5 days...So - its a risky one...sometimes they work - sometimes they dont!

I too am waiting on several large orders, have received a couple of bits but not close to what iv ordered. No response to emails.

Has anyone ordered any designer brands? As I have ordered several Ralph Lauren bits and am now a bit antsy as the whether they will be genuine? The website says that they do designer brands and thought as lots of items are sold as 'inspired' that if just lifted as Ralph Lauren they must be genuine right?? Oh someone please tell me they are!!

Dont bother ordering from these people order item on 10th May 2014, was told 3 times it was sent out, still not here, told twice they would refund, they didnt, have had to go via paypal to get money back. They dont answer emails, they dont answer messages on facebook. Really crap customer services, and by the looks of earlier messages here Im not the only one.

Really, give it a miss, the items might be cheap but that dosnt matter if you dont actually get em.

I'm surprised at so many negatives here. I have had no problems at all with this site. I have ordered many things and everything has arrived and been fine. They do take a wee while to come but I allow for that. Even when I received a pair of shorts last week which were the wrong size I emailed them and asked them what to do and almost immediately I received an email back apologising and saying they would send the correct size and I wasn't to worry about sending the first pair back. I'm very happy with their service

Well clearly not everyone has had the same experience as you, otherwise they wouldn't be posting poor reviews. They've had problems, they're not happy.
