I have been very tempted by them in the past but something always stops me, mainly the lack of detailed description on a lot of products ....so if it isn't described properly, they can defend themselves and say you bought the item after reading their description. On any of these sites, I have also tried to follow through to find the actual retailer. Many do not have a contact phone number or an address or email contact so avoid them like the plague. They may be fine but anyone who will not put full description of products or their company contact details reeks of suspicion

Their website is broken and full of errors that would make me avoid. For example the About Us links at the bottom lead nowhere, and "todays links" should have an apostrophe.

I have brought things from them twice now and they have turned up. They were packed well and the price was great. Also found their facebook page very helpful

I bought 6 bracelets recently on Social Discount Network, they were described as Swarovski Elements Stardust bracelets. They are fake and i didn't know. I am not happy, I've just wrote them an email. I now also have very unhappy customers. How are they allowed to do this?

How are they allowed? Probably because "customers" such as yourself get ripped off and then don't do anything about it, so they just carry on with impunity.

Why don't you start some legal action against them for the value of your fakes?

ive used them and they where good until I made an order in august after 6 weeks I got told they couldn't complete it but cudnt refund me and that I needed to contact paypal for it then I said do I get any kinda compensation discount for being messed around then I get an email saying they r having technical issues not receiving emails they r closing site and opening a new one and that I need to sign up again not bothered since

I have bought many items from them and never had any issues.

If I have emailed them they have replied within a few days.
