I'm not sure that I made a good choice in orderding from this company.
I ordered some items on the 3 June 2014, to date I have not received anything, including an email confirmation.
I emailed them yesterday, no response, again I emailed them today and am waiting.

Their communication process is very poor and there is no telephone number to contact them.

If I receive my goods, I won't be using them anymore. This is my first time using them, and I can say that I am not impressed.

Good luck to those of you who do use them and continue to use them.

I wish I had read all this BEFORE ordering from them. I have only ordered a pair of flip flops (received but far too small:( despite stating right size) and a pair of Tartan leggings , not yet received..BUT today I got a call from my credit card company to say that an amount of £87 had been paid to another unrelated company from my card used to pay SDN but I haven't used the card since then . This is the interesting bit..I had only used this brand new card on SDN site to order leggings 3 days ago so they were the ONLY ones to have access to my card. :mad: Hence, put 2+2 together.... The fraud people at the card company are investigating and I have emailed SDN to tell them what has happened. They will probably never send me my leggings now but I think it is time this firm was taken to task.

If the item says inspired then the item is a copy. ie inspired Converse trainers, they are NOT Converse. They are catching many people out.

have actually reported this company to Trading Standards today..have been waiting since april for a refund which they acknowledge they owe me but since e mailing me telling me cheque was in the post 3 weeks ago ive heard nothing..think everyone else having problems should report them too and get this rip off company closed down

I thought they were great until they sent me the wrong sized trainers and i had to pay postage back, It took me ages to get my money back for the return postage but i am still waiting on the money for the trainers, I also brought 2 Automatic Soap Dispenser neither of them work. I might just do a charge back on them they have stopped replying to my emails and facebook messages. Wish i had never come across them now.

There phone number on paypal does not work and that phone number just rings. I have filed with paypal!

I ordered a Parka coat for my daughter from them described as River Island (had a few things before with no probs).

It arrived yesterday and it is most definitely NOT River Island, in fact it isnt even the same coat as the one they were advertising.
Its very cheaply made and about 3 sizes bigger than the label says it is
Ive opened a case with Paypal hoping to get a refund but they sold loads of these coats so i imagine there will be a lot of angry people looking to return them.

I ordered something off of thus website, which was supposed to be a la senza nightie, it definitely didn't say it was an inspired by la senza nightie, it has literally just arrived and from opening it i can already see it is NOT from la senza and all off the labels have been cut out where it has the make and name of it, all except for one where they have tried to write over it but I can clearly see it says it's from primark! Is there anything I can do in regards to this? Thanks
