Has anyone bought anything from this company? They have something I'd quite like to buy as a present but not sure how good the company is hence the reluctance to just buy. Many thanks.

I'd be very wary of using this website because there is no contact address or phone number. If you have a problem with your order the only way you'll be able to discuss it with them is by email. If they choose not to respond then you're stuck.

That aside, postage costs can be quite substantial. For example they offer Next blouses for £7.99 but shipping costs £3.95.

I'm still waiting for my order placed on 18th. Fortunately through paypal so should be okay. Will be interested to hear if anyone else has actually received anything from them.

I've been ordering from them since they launched nearly a year ago and up until August 2013 the service has been really good. I've bought boots, jewellery, all kinds of things and I've been really happy with them.

BUT since August things have been a bit not so good. I first had a problem when I ordered a onesie. First they said it was dispatched and when it didn't come after two weeks I contacted them and they said it was just being dispatched. Again, it didn't arrive and after contacting them again they said the quality wasn't up to what they expected and so a refund has been given. They promised an apology gift, but that never came either.

Another order was for Gap chinos. They said it was despatched, didn't come. Followed up on it and again they said it was just dispatched. Didn't come and contacted them again and this time they said the colours were a bit off from the pics shown but a substitute was sent. I questioned the different excuses they gave me (as I essentially had 3 pairs coming at this point!) and received a notice of a refund the next day.

I am currently waiting for a few more orders (one did come - several of the crystal pens) and if these don't arrive I'm going to call it quits and not order from them anymore.

It is a shame, really, as I said up until August they were outstanding and would highly recommend them to anyone but I am quickly losing my trust in them. HTH.

This company is a JOKE!!! I have ordered several items (to my own stupidity) and had issues with the following items:

-Disney watch - ordered 6 weeks ago - still not received!
-Mulbery inspired Handbag with free gifts - free gifts non existant and still chasing them to date 2 months on!
-Hair straighteners / wave wand - took endless emails and over 2 months to arrive - got an apology email from the site to all the buyers

Ordered a few things since, the temptation when you see stuff at such low prices is too high especially for the kids stuff with Xmas coming up but they really are SHOCKING!

Their customer service on email never replied I had to write to them on Facebook, depending on who reads it depends whether you get the right answer or not - there's only James who's any good so whenever I need to chase something - (which has been again today after Charlie fobbing me off) I ask for him...

I'm at the point where I am tempted to report them to watchdog - I cant be the only person experiencing this amount of trouble from them surely?!

As soon as I've got all my orders from them (if I ever receive them all!) I'm going to give them a wide birth.... I'd rather save me stress levels than a few quid!

My order arrived a couple of weeks after original date. However they did inform me of the delay, informed me it had been shipped etc. I was concerned after reading the comment about no telephone number etc so I emailed them explaining I was concerned my order wouldn't arrive, go issuing and I wouldn't get a refund. However to my surprise I received a reply more or less by return. I haven't ordered anything else as haven't wanted anything but I would give them another order if necessary. Just to see ! .

i paid for 2 hollister tops at start of november ,.got a dispatched notice about 10 days later waited about a few days still no tops . so i messaged them they say they where sent just wait still no tops i put in a paypal dispute yesterday they sent me an automated email to say i would be refunded but not the full price i messaged back to be told i have to pay paypal fees i have since emailed paypal for them to sort out what a disgrace these tops where xmas presents i would not buy from them

After much searching i found their phone number: 01753 851159.
Had an ongoing problem with them, items not received, emails being ignored, andcthen looked at my account and there was an order i didnt place!
Rang this morning, but it was just 'hello' when answering, had to ask was it social discount network, her reply was, whos calling? So i asked again and she then said it was. Got my problem sorted (i hope). I was told in.the conversation they dont put their phone number on because they dont normally answer the phone, bet shes sorry she did this morning! :P

Should have added, i placed my order on 24th october, still waiting.

I too have ordered from this company and only received some of my items. I checked my account with them and it states that the items were all sent together. The packaging was not damaged and I have tried to contact them on several occasions but to no avail. They do not reply to emails. I have sent at least 2 a day and have heard nothing. Fortunately for me, I paid via paypal so should be ok. I have since opened a case with paypal and have now escalated this to a claim as they have not even bothered replying to the case.

Stay away from this site. If they get your order wrong or part of your order is missing, they do not have any way of contacting them except via email, to which they do not reply.

Nightmare company!!! Goods dont arrive, no way of contacting them. Telephone number shown on paypal doesnt work, 01753 number given on here they dont answer.....
Will never use again!!! Beware!!

Cannot stress enough how poor this company is. Money taken out immediately, yet they never had the goods in stock in the first place. Told lie after lie about the item being dispatched. Eventually received refund, after over 4 weeks of waiting. BUYER BEWARE.
