  • The signage around the site may indeed state the terms and conditions but unfortunately for the NHS Trust the signage said "Penalty charge notice"............Oh dear I dont believe they have the statute authority like the police to use words such as Fine & Penalty.

I wonder if osner will turn up again claiming to be GPB's driver :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Now what are the chances of PCN NW, Roxburghe and GPB all being at the same address

What difference does that make? It only has to be a serviceable address. As long as a solicitor from or for GPB is dealing with it.

If they wanted to hide they could use a PO Box.

How many physical address can you find for PPC's where there is actually someone from that company there?

The press went to Roxburghes address in Jan 2013 asking where Graham White was, you know the exact same address as PCN NW & GPB

Answer : "There's nobody here of that name"

Look, like it or not, GPB are bona-fide solicitors. I agree, the whole set up smells off, as does their determination to side step legal procedure (they have probably been taking lessons from Rachel at PE) but unless and until the SRA step in and do something about it we have to deal with them as we would any other firm of solicitors - if for no other reason than the court will, and have no choice, but to do just that (and the SRA will only investigate if they get a steady stream of complaints - so their demise lies in the hands of their 'victims')
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.

Yes they are bona fide so was Graham White (Michael sobell aged 76)

according to the law societys website both GPB and GW still reside there

The set up is the same....

Now then as the parking event was up north hundreds of miles away not west byfleet

do you honestly as a solicitor expect a court of law to accept that PCN NW Roxburghe, Graham White & GPB all act out of the same building by co incidence

I for one would love to represent the OP free of charge for that one

complaining to the SRA comes after the case

Thanks for that, you are a roxburghe spy

I have been to court with them twice (Although i was informed on here roxburghe dont do court.) And stuffed them so I guess that makes it 100% strike rate with no loss...And Court Transcripts to back it up

Seen as you are pro active to me jumping in on threads relating to these.....Perhaps it would be beneficial to the OP who is seeking advice for you to post up any victories you have against roxburghe / sobell / GPB so your information is reliable...

The fact of the matter is you cannot
  • Maybe you want me to go away so you can incorrectly advise the OP with crap about appealing to the BPA etc....nonsense

    Post up your victories
