I wanted to know why Roxburghe would pay up ???

Probably because they would be acting as agents for East Kent NHS same as if you paid Roxburghe they would forward a cheque to East Kent NHS less their fee.

Which is exactly why I never address hypothetical questions. Why bother asking if you already know the answer? Just to prove a point, which frankly, is of little interest to the rest of us.
I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.

Because I am proving a point that GPB represent Roxburghe "Their Client" in the same way as GW did to pull the wool over the courts eyes and anything that states otherwise is rubbish

PS it is not hypothetical its fact
  • I think its time to move on.

We know you won in the county court, we accept it and applauded it, but please don't let it cloud your judgement on anything else that involves Roxburghe/ GPB etc etc

  • Now what are the chances of PCN NW, Roxburghe and GPB all being at the same address :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Frank lampards goal in the world cup was way over the line but it did not make a blind bit of difference and neither do markings on private land :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
