I see what you are saying and yes PCN NW will be aware of this, however, the original solicitors letter says "Our Client Roxburghe"

No you are quite correct it does not ...However I am more clued up than you on how roxburghe behave.

So you expect me to go and ask every one I have helped over the years to scan a copy of judgements(if they still h ave them ) just for u to check. Hmmmmm

I fully understand your experience as I've followed your posts even from the very start many months ago when a number of people (then) doubted the 'truth' behind them. You came through and proved people wrong - so I do understand where you're coming from.

The main current issue is perhaps not whether GPB is GW who is Roxy, (the regulars here know there's something very fishy going on), but that there are parking charges from last year that didn't get NtKs until March of this year (therefore not PoFA compliant and therefore illegal) that are being aggressively pursued by GPB (or whoever you believe it to be) through LBCCCs and stamped court papers.

All this is very intimidating to the newbie, who only wants a relatively simple way out of this; they are not seeking to score any technical or pyrrhic victory over their pursuers; they just want the monkey off their backs.

Maybe this is Roxy's desperate attempt to farm as much money as possible in their death throes before the curtain finally comes down on them - who knows, only time will tell, I guess.

GBP is definitely not GW.

They are definitely a proper set up, even if we dont like them.

Yes you are so correct in everything you have posted...

If I had been a solicitor at the time of my case I would have asked for contempt and the same crap is fired out today from byfleet under a different disguise.

The meeting with the Trust came about because roxburghe paid my first cheque, although the letter was from GW but after the second judgement they refused and run away with their tails between their legs and the trust had to pay as we were at warrant of execution stage...

Then after various meetings, up pop GPB Miraculosly at Byfleet

The Newbie will be given the advice she needs to swat these away

Well no one has to take my advise but you seem to have made a lot of enemies both by site team and established posters over on cag over your claims of so many victories.....

Case numbers mean nothing, it does not prove you were there

Lol haha!, so i come on and try and correct some peoples poor advice= making enemies, well that's a noval one on me. People whos advice could cost people money. After all we should be taking the best approach.

Over on CAG a lot of the people who give advice are very entrenched and dont seem to want to move with the times. I am not however tarring them all with the same brush.

With regards to your second paragraph, neither would orders of judgement show who was there, there are quite a few users on pepipoo and mse who have helped people in court over the years.

I would suggest you re read the total number i have you will see it gives losses as well. In fact the last one i went to in Doncaster was a loss against Star Park
