Hmmm not sure what is going on.
I got a letter today which was the transfer form, it has my shareholder reference number on it at last, but no sign of the share certificate.
I am beginning to wonder if I already have shares in the nominee account and I just did not get an email. If I pop my shareholder reference number on shareview, will this tell me if I have shares in the nominee account?
I am just not sure if I should be getting in touch with Equiniti again?0 -
I have access to the Equiniti Shareview web site and I can see my shares listed but no explicit indication that they are in the nominee share service or not. Any idea what I should look for to confirm that a certificate is due?
When I log in to shareview and go to "My Investments" I see 3 headings.
These are- "SIP" - for (employee) share incentive plan
- "Shares" - these are certificated holdings, and
- "Corporate Sponsored Nominee" - which obviously is the nominee service.
I should add that I don't have any RM shares in Shareview, nor do I work for RM, but I have held BT shares in each of the above categories.
Your view may be completely different, in which case this post is possibly not as helpful as intended.0 -

No, you need to register to use shareview which isn't immediate.
WHy not ring em? They will be missing you if you don't keep in touch0 -
Spam call from someone purporting to be "in the City of London" today. First one for ages. Any connection with the share issue? HOW would they know we had bought shares?0

Maybe the register is available now??
Failing that, someone may have been selling off lists they have "compiled" to supplement their pay??0 -
Has anyone else who is expecting a certificate not received it yet?
I got form D sent, but not cert!!! Equiniti performing at their best again.0 -
Just out of interest (?), I have just received my shareholder pack hard copy. This is not the shares, as I am in the nominee account, but I knew I'd ticked one of the two boxes on the form, and it was obviously this one. It asks me to return a form with my signature and date of birth on. And will let me know if they need more info. (in other words, am not being asked for a cancelled cheque yet, if at all).
It also gives details of how to sell and other information. Am glad I requested this.
So all has worked smoothly. The Royal Mail and Equiniti could have been a bit simpler about things, but so far so good.0 -
Jennifer.
Are you able to log onto shareview with your shareholder reference then?
As I said, all I have so far is Form D and my shareholder reference number, no sign of a certifiate (maybe it will arrive tomorrow) and nothing to say what I have purchased which I find extremely odd indeed.Jennifer_Jane wrote: »Just out of interest (?), I have just received my shareholder pack hard copy. You don't need to register on Shareview, but it might help you to determine how your shares are held.mcscoty1973 wrote: »Hmmm not sure what is going on.
We know, but you're not alone in that respect.mcscoty1973 wrote: »I got a letter today which was the transfer form, it has my shareholder reference number on it at last, but no sign of the share certificate.

Form D is used to transfer shares into the Shareview nominee account, so perhaps your certificate is still in the post. Looks like Equiniti have done well to get the form to you so quickly, but the Royal Mail has delayed your share certificate.
If you intend to transfer your certificate to X-O you can download the transfer form from their site. Have you opened an account with X-O?0 -
