set my selling price at £4.99 with a good through date of 31/12/2013 on X-O this morning. I wonder if I will sell in time for Xmas.

EDIT: I just thought I'd edit to say, that I just made a post based upon what I thought was closing price for RM, but my chart still doesn't seem to have settled down, so I'll withhold my thoughts until I actually know what the closing price is!

managed to sell at 50 quid more than the price I thought I had confirmed prior to their webiste crashing!

In which case, I'll say what I was going to say:

It struck me that if there was a quick little peak (or trough) at the end of the day's trading, that might set the tone for tomorrow.

As everyone can trade from tomorrow, those who haven't been able to trade so far may take their cue from that little peak and hold on to see what happens. If in the first instance, the buyers outweigh the sellers, perhaps that'll decide the way the market begins... and maybe continues for a while.

(Usual caveat: or perhaps not. )

In a last minute rush last week to buy I stupidly
opted for a share certificate,when will be the
earliest I will be able to sell.
Will it be when I get the email
on Tuesday or when I get the physical certificate?
