    Me: ok. I called up this morning to cancel and was told that I would have to pay £118
    Deepika Channesh: Let me check it for you give me a moment
    Deepika Channesh: I am sorry as there is contract on the account you will be charged £82.13 for cancellation
    Me: and why is this please?
    Deepika Channesh: As there is contract on the account you will be charged to cancel
    Me: right ok....well why does it say this in the terms and conditions 'If this change means you want to end your service, you can do that by telling us within ten days of receipt of this email without needing to pay a charge for ending your contract early.'
    Deepika Channesh: I am sorry for that, Is that ok if I arrange the call back for you from the customer options team so that they will be able to assist you further on this?
    Me: yes please
