To get the Network Unlock Code(NUC) for your handset you will need to contact Vodafone on 08700 700 191 or 191 from a Vodafone handset. You can also contact us for this via Vodafone's online contact form.

If the phone is under 12 months old then there will be a charge of £19.99 including VAT for this to be done; if the phone is over 12 months old then it will be done free of charge.

I have a sony Ericsson K800i that my brother has taken back to the states.
I have the imei number from the box but i want to unlock it from Orange so he can use it there. I know he shouldn't of taken it but i did a google search to have it unlocked remote but the 2 companies i have tried can not do it and they can not explain why. If you know of anyone who can do it for me with just the imei number that would be great. I did suggest he tries to get it done over there but the mobile networks in the states are to say the least well behind the times.

you need to do a direct unlock on these which require you to find an unlocking shop/market stall

I did tap #*7337# into the phone vodafone samsung E250 and yes it did wipe the imei BUT the phone still works ????????????

It wipes quite a bit of your stuff off BUT to get the internet settings back go on the samsung site and you'll get the MMS and WAP/INTERNET settings sent to your phone install/activate as it says in the msg. that arrives as a TXT..and off you go !

But I'd prob, if I was gonna do it again try either getting a Unlock clip OR A shop..but at the same time you could just tap the code in...??????????

to unlock samsungs, i would use a clip to unlock them. unlock clips can be bought from ebay for around £5-£10

Hi, recently bought a SAGEM my220x from Asda for £12.00 bargin but got it home and its on T-mobile network. It was bought as a extra christmas present to member of family. I'v since found out the ungreatfull person wants it on Vodafone lol. Is there anyone out there with a network unlocking code for this phone?
