    Not only that, but you have to deal with more people at once as well.
    the store i worked at, had 12 self service tills, which means you had to watch all 12 simultaneously. As well as watching for thieves down certain aisle.
    The worst is when you get customers who have no intention of self serving and expect you do it all for them then being screaming at because another customer also needed help.

    I actually got into trouble twice on the self services, first because i told the customer they should do it themselves (managers told us not to do everything for them). 2nd time was because i did help them out

    This is all very true I have had my mum ring me after work just in tears because of how her shift has been
