You are being pedantic here. It is quite obvious that the dish installation includes the cabling, one cannot be done without the other. You will find that Sky apply the same rules, what you describe would be a non standard installation.

This forum is for consumer rights advice, not for taking sides. Not everyone is going to agree with you.

it is not obvious as it does not mention "cabling"

"Standard installation by freesat approved specialists, including all necessary cables, clips and brackets and satellite dish."

    From the product description.

So, to them, as to most people, "installation" is the complete package - mounting the dish on the wall, connecting up the cables and meaning that after installation the product is ready to use. If installation just meant mounting the dish, then who is supposed to fix the cables and connect it all up?

Sorry, you're trying to twist something to read what is clearly not written

sorry that is not from this product description please check again

As you you can see,it refers to non standard installations which will be priced

    if it said:

installation will be carried out to gutter level of the property and be limited to properties up to 3 storeys

then no argument but it doesn't, it says

Dish will be installed to gutter level of the property and be limited to properties up to 3 storeys

    First you tell us:
yes but the cable and dish installation are two different things
    Then you say:
up to 20m of cable is included as part of the installation
So installing the dish does include the cable.

Then you even quote youtube to confirm that installing the cable is part of the dish installation:
Installing a satellite dish begins by attaching the bracket to the outside of the house at the correct angle, securing the polar plate to the bracket and hooking up the proper cables and wires.

So there you have it... the definitive answer from youtube is that installing the cable is an integral part of dish installation.

Their T&Cs show that the dish will be installed 'to gutter level', thus no work above gutter level.

    QED.

You mean the description to the video you posted as supporting your opinion?
From a guy with 10 years of installation experience

    Good luck with that then.

Do please let us know how you get on.

You asked in your original post:
    do I have a case?
In my opinion, no you do not have a case.

hooking up cable and wires means connecting to the dish as in attaching them to the dish not cabling the whole house

So you are happy with them to fully install the dish by connecting cables to the LNB and leaving it at that, fully installed?

All that the law considers is how a reasonable person would interpret the information. As no one else shares your interpretation, and as the industry norm would class your setup as a non standard one, it is pretty clear you are on to a loser here.
