Tesco freesat company Euro aerials will not install cable above gutter level

this includes receiver, dish and installation

when it came to installation the engineer said they can only install the dish and not the cable as this will be going over the gutter, the cable for my house will require going from dish then over the roof to the other side, the T&C states:

Dish will be installed to gutter level of the property and be limited to properties up to 3 storeys

Now this does not say anything about cabling just the dish otherwise it would say dish and cabling

they want £42 for another call out to install the cable over the roof also this was never mentioned during the dish installation of which I could have decided then

As you you can see,it refers to non standard installations which will be priced

BTW my house is 3 stories within the limit

I would think any requirements for roof ladders would be a special installation.

yes but the cable and dish installation are two different things

yes but its does not say this in T&C

up to 20m of cable is included as part of the installation

So the dish is installed up to gutter level
That is installed,not simply bolted to the wall
Your installation goes beyond this in requiring cable over the roof
