Great news Sammy, should be best of both worlds, and a weight off having bread and butter coming in.
Hope you hear from the council soon.

    Good morning peeps!
Frayed knot- i literally started 2 days after the trial day! im glad too, i felt really anxious the first day, felt actually sick with stress, combination of new girl snydrome and the actual act of going to work after 5 months of being at home,, it was so strange..
In money news, we have won £50 on the p.bonds!  :)  we won £75 last month so we are doing well!
but as usual its spoken for, prince chunky horse has been a bit off, i suspected laminitis, had vet to him this morning and he confirmed it is, so he is off the grass for a week, on painkillers for his painful feet poor lad, so bye bye winnings , and a bit more besides for yet another vet bill  :/ but i dont begrudge treatment costs for animals, its not their fault and its part of being a responsible owner.

  • You are doing well with the PB's.  This month was my first included in the draw and bought a few last month as well, so will have more than double for next months draw - I live in hope.
I was curious to find out if buying "bulk" was a good idea or buying smaller lots throughout the month was better, and I do think I made the wrong choice  :(  as it will all probably be small lots from now on.

ive bought  both small ammounts of bonds, and in bulk, i dont think it makes a difference really, i think its the ammount in total that makes a difference, ive definately won more since holding a bigger ammount of bonds, but thats just me, ive seen on the results the jackpot be won by someone holding £5000 in total, so i just suppose its luck of the draw!  :) i like the flexibility of saving using the bonds, and the fun side of checking to see if we have won each month
