Hi everyone
Haven't got to post last few days, although have been reading everything everyones posting.
Been busy looking after grandaughters.
Had a couple of my children go down with some sort of virus, Supposed to be going to a bible study today, but will see how my daughter is, as she wasn't at all well yesterday :-(
Everyone have a blessed and prosperous day.
Hugs all round.0 -
Morning all
There's a bit of a rumpus going on between my ears - possibly something to do with the bottle of wine I consumed last night. I slept well though, but only for four hours. Never mind...
It's wet and horrible here today as well so I will be draping washing all around the house. I might go for a nose around the charity shops later, and pop into the library.
N9eav, hope you enjoy your golf day today. It sounds like you work v.hard so you deserve a bit of r&r.
Have a lovely day everyone.

Morning all
Raining here, so no surprise to see that N9eav has good weather :rotfl:
10p listing day on Ebay, so will take advantage of that, and want to try to make a cherry cake in my new bm. I have an Asda lasagna that should have been eaten yesterday, so if it looks Ok, will have that for lunch - if I'm not around tomorrow, you'll know why
Scuzz and Newster, hope your bf / daughter feel better soon.
Off to walk the dog - in the rain, so catch up with you all later - have a good day xYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Good morning everyone. Not been posting for a few days, but I've been reading.
Kyle and Twink, how's little Kyle, now? As lots of others said, similar things have happened to all of us. Big hug from me.
Twink, I mentioned on the Flylady thread that I'd been making your hobnobs (using butter - very yummy :T ). They've been a huge hit, but I think you're in bother as people can't seem to stop testing them just to see that they're still delicious :rotfl:
Catowen - well done on your win. Please post to let us know what you thinl of the book - I might buy a copy if you recommend it.
Happy Birthday to the Little Haribos :bdaycake: :EasterBun
Scuzz, hope BF is better soon
My first job this morning is contacting the dentist. I was munching on some dried apricots, and a piece of tooth came away   There was nothing hard in the apricot, but this tooth has given me a lot of trouble (it broke about 10 years ago on a piece of glass in some sultanas  ) Not much of it left, now, so it may be time for a crown
It's raining heavily, so not much chance of gardening. Plenty to do indoors, though.
Have a great day, Penny. x:rudolf: Sheep, pigs, hens and bees on our Teesdale smallholding :rudolf:0 -
Morning everyone.
Rain here too, hasnt stopped all night, must remember to phone council about guttering as its pouring water out all over crazychiks back garden, dh been up and cant see a blockage so will ring them later and ask them to come and sort it out.
Hoping all the kids apart from ds1 are back at school today, ds1 was so ill yesterday and even though he felt better last night school like us to keep them off for 24-48 hours.
DH step mum calling this morning which im not looking forward too, she isnt my fav person in the world, but calling in to drop ds2`s birthday present off for saturday. She has asked me to drop her off at work when i pick up dd from nursery so at least it will be a short visit.
Heard from my dad last night that my uncles funeral is on tuesday at 12.30, so dh is having some time off to pick up dd from school.
Have only a small pile of ironing to do today and then the baskets are at last empty, tea tonight is hm pizza and chips.

It's raining here again this morning....I know I wanted a bit of rain for the garden but four solid days of it is a bit much! I'm going to spend the morning giving the house a good run through then off to Homestart this afternoon. Hm pizza for tea, then out to work this evening. So a pretty boring day ahead.
I hope you all have a good day.:)

Morning everyone
Happy Birthday to mini Haribos. Will there be an over-indulgence in Haribos today??
(((hugs))) to kyle, twink and LO.
(((hugs))) to scuzz
Running late today as my baby has her induction day at high school today.   She is looking forward to it so much - I'm much more ambivalent. I can see the end of an era approaching and I'm not sure how I feel about it. On the other hand, I can see that she is growing up and high school is the next step.
Off to w**k - another four hours of non-stop photocopying. Oh joy.
Torrential rain all last night and this morning and not much signs of improvement for the rest of the day. At least the plants are enjoying it.
have a thrilling Thursday. xx"Bad planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."

Good morning everyone,
Bit dismal here weather wise today. I've got a load of washing on but will probably have to drape it around the place to dry. We're really having a lazy time this week and enjoying every minute of it. We arrive back in Scotland Saturday night and fly out from Heathrow on Wednesday. So in between I have to pack & say lot's of goodbye's.Then back to reality & w**k.
Happy Birthday to Haribo twins. How exciting for them.
Pen Pen Good luck at the dentist as well as JD
Newster Hope DD improves today.
Kyle, Twink & Lo Did Lo have a better sleep last night?
Well (((((hugs)))) to those that need them. ByeeeeeeeeeeeeeDon't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -
morning peeps :j
Have been able to access MSE from work now, so a quick message, before the boss comes in lol
Didn't want to get up this morn. These early morns are doing me in, I'm so not used to having to get up so early.
Working again today till 5pm, then gotta get home before 5.30pm to do an online discussion group, missed one yesterday and missed out on a £20 amazon voucher for doing it, so not gonna miss out on todays one!
Tonight I need to list some stuff on Ebay, heard it's a 10p listing day today, so best list some stuff whilst its cheap.
Can't wait for the weekend, have so much housework to catch up on, haven't had a chance this week, what with working everyday, and being away for the day yesterday. Never thought I would be looking forward to doing housework lol but it really needs doing, got washing piling up, and the house is slowly getting more messier :rotfl:
Time for me to go
