    No, it was for 24 months.
    The Excel formula is =RATE(24, -36, 610) that gives the monthly rate 2.995%.
    APR=(1+0.02995)^12-1=42.5%

    I was looking at the iPhone 5S 64GB on Three's 'The One Plan'. The upfront cost is £99 and the monthly cost is £51. Is the upfront cost fixed or is there an option to pay more upfront to reduce the monthly cost?

    I didn't pay no up front cost for my 5s and my plan I got is not even listed but mine is only the 16GB not the 64GB

    That's because the 16GB costs £160 less than the 64GB. Therefore the upfront cost will be £160 less, assuming the same monthly repayments.

    Thought mine was £42 a month but checked on My3 account and it's £41.

    I've normally just upgraded online but was in the City walked into the 3 shop and it wasn't until I mentioned doesn't 6 years of loyalty mean anything these days to which he sat me down and 20mins later done.

    6 years of loyalty = standard price...

    I mean seriously. £41pm is mental!

    £41 a month may be a lot for some but I'm fortunate to see £41 as 2 and half hours work.

    I'm talking compared to what you can get for half that price.

    Is the standard price not £99+24x£41 (or 24x£52 for the most desperate customers wanting to borrow extra £99 @213% APR)?
