Vodafone - worst website?

I appreciate it's no comfort to those having problems, but you need to do what I and many others have done, leave Vodafone!
It's sad to see one of the 2 original mobile SPs in such a mess, but it's a simple fact. I was with them for years, from the days of car phones before mobiles had been invented.
They're more interested in dealing in £billions selling and buying companies in various parts of the world, and totally ignoring their original home market. And although not all, but while many of their customers are having continual hassles of one sort or another, the senior management/directors are making silly money in bonuses. Oh and of course the shareholders, who are more important than the customers, they're receiving nice dividends.David.0 -
Yes when Vodafone converted my pay as you go non expiring 3g accounts into expiring ones and did not even offer a refund on the trapped credit, I had similar thoughts exactly.
Never mind, the likes of Three will eat Vodafone for lunch one day.0 -
Having gone to Vodafone Pay Monthly to avoid not being able to get onto their website, I wanted to check up on a higher than expected bill only to be faced with
"Sorry some parts of our site aren't available at the moment. We're working hard to get things back to normal." plastered all over my login page.
OK, allow severtal hours to fix BUT this has been several days. Absolutely inexcusable from such a large company, especially a telecoms one!

...even more annoying is that I have another account and login for my wife's phone and that is working fine.
The errors occur on different pieces of kit and with different browsers before someone asks if this is cached information.
