I have just been looking through my details after a successful login but another failed payment attempt on the phone number I have given ending '30'
Although my name, email and card details are correct, my address is blank under 'my details'.
I see you have to ring 191 to add this, but please can you use my email sig file to enter these on my account?
Maybe the authorisation is not completing through the address being blank??
This problem has only occurred in the last three months as the same card authorised successfully before that?

Right, so someone kindly gets me a £10 Vodafone voucher. Because I have been unable to top up online, I have used the £3 "IOU" amount that I had as credit in addition to my £10 Freedom Freebee.
This means that instead of being able to purchase another 30 days Freedom Freebee, I have £3 and a service fee (c 50p) immediately deducted from my account, leaving me £6.50 of standard credit!!
I wish I could get other signals here..........!

Anyway, Dec 4th is my top-up date, so I will try again then!

First two attempts led to the Oracle access manger error page.
Third attempt logged in....................and for the first time in 4 months (with the same card details!) the payment for a £10 Freedom Freebee was accepted.
My address is still not in my personal details, although I mailed everything across as requested?
