    Afternoon all

Thanks Dusty for this weeks lists.

I'm working off my own list today as I want to get loads of admin work done. I bought a new shredder last week so I'm going to try to clear that mountain later. At the moment I'm clearing the laundry mountain thats been created. The ironing pile isn't too bad, but I still have 2 loads to go.

    Personal:
    Shredding
    Pay CC
    Update finances (including business)
    [STRIKE] Update Calender[/STRIKE]
    Writing x 10 pieces
    Work through to-do/Pending files
    Toots list
    Filing
    Scanning (old documents from pre-2006)
    Surveys
    Email
    Ironing
Back up phone & update to iOS7 *gulp*

    Kitchen
    15 minutes....

    Hover and mop floor
    30 minutes to spare....
    Clean a window
    Sort the under sink cupboard
    Got an hour....
    Dust on top of shelves/cupboards/furniture
    Wipe the window sill
    Extras
Sort out your T-towels, oven gloves apron, dispose of old one and wash dirty ones
    Wipe some door handles

Time to get a move on with admin stuff. There's a bit more there than I thought :o
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
  • Good afternoon all

Thanks Natty and Dusty for their respective lists and please count me in for this week, although it might be a bit more hit and miss than usual:

Tuesday, I'm out from about 12.00 noon to 4.15-4.30 pm, so hope to get both some paid bits and pieces and flying done before and after.

Wednesday, out from 8.15 am (hopefully!) till 11.15 (ditto!) doing paid work and then from about 11.30 am-1/1.30 pm out yet again, so won't be able to do anything until the afternoon.

    Thursday, Friday and Saturday TBC.

Hope to post later in week.

    Rebecca

    Afternoon all,
Disappeared off the face of the planet on Friday (well the MSE one) but I promise I've not been idle. Bedroom is painted, both carpets lifted (left the old one under the new one for insulation but made it bumpy!) with old one in the tip and new one relaid, curtains hemmed and new voile fitted. Packed up three boxes of shoes with only valuable/everyday ones left. Both windows in the flat are cleaned inside, bathroom, hall and bedroom were fully cleaned. More packing done. Bank account fully opened and small deposit made to maintain them. Home and car insurance organised for the move.... it's been a busy weekend!

As I did so much work over the weekend my lists will vary from the set lists but I'll add my own tasks to it. Off to visit the new house tonight to measure up for appliances and work out any things we need to get before the move. Am very excited to see it again, getting impatient to move already! :j

    Thanks Dusty for the thread.

    Well done Kerri!

Well, never mind taking bets. Apparently my new roof hasn't yet left the warehouse  the old roof is off and the clouds are rolling in.

Made teeny tiny mini banana muffins to try to tempt my poorly princess to eat something... so she took one look and threw it on the floor.. thank girly! Squeak scoffed hers though. I made big ones for the fatties too.

3 more loads of washing done and 2 on the line. All bedding of course!

Suppose I should load the DW now.. and then knit some more of squeaks cardigan.

    Hi everyone - I'm back!

Well, truth to tell we were home last week, but Mr LW decided the 2nd week of his leave was a "staycation" type of thing, so we've been puttering about locally, and only doing basic hygiene Flying (after I caught up with the holiday Mount Washmore, that is):D

Going to try to get back to following my personal lists properly from here on - weekend tasks all got done, and the smoke alarm got tested ahead of schedule yesterday when the Qu0rn fillets got a little over-brown (still delicious, though, in white wine sauce).

I have the Hairy Hooligans arriving shortly, too.:T

Me Mountain Challenge-wise; I did well while we were away, put on make up and jewellery every day - I suspect having to eat in the hotel dining room, even at brekkie time, may have helped! :D

Right now, I need to go and put on a bit of makeup (I already have on a rhodonite necklace) for my mugshot with the dogs.:o

I'm going to try and manage 30 mins WiiFit each day, too (been doing the Body Check but not doing much in the way of actual exercise) but I've decided to try splitting it into 3 x 10 mins, as I'm finding 30 mins in one hit too much to cope with.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
